I ordered on the app and when I got my food I thought I made a mistake and ordered a kids meal. This was a beef barbacoa burrito that I paid full price for. I asked them why it was so small and they said I didn't order enough stuff in it and tried to gaslight me into thinking that was the normal portion size. Not to mention I found a very large avacado peel in my veggie bowl.

I really wanted to give this brand new Chipotle a better review because their customer service is good. I ordered a burrito through online ordering, and you set a specific time for pickup. Well, we had to wait at the window 12 minutes for our food, no explanation as to why. When we got home, my burrito was missing the meat and the fajitas. Out of all things to miss, you miss the most important part. We called them and they said no problem they'll remake it for me. Well, my new burrito had the meat. But no fajitas, and this time, they didn't even add my lettuce in it. I don't know what's going on over there, but how you manage to improperly make a burrito TWICE is beyond me. I have yet to experience a decent takeout place in Citrus County.

I ordered 3 chicken bowls. They were very stingy with all food items placed in the bowls. Chicken was dry, crunchy and burnt (the little bits of pieces we did get). They just piled everyrhing in the middle of the bowl, rather than evenly distributing it along the bowl. Employees making the bowls acted as if they would rather not be there, but the Cashier (receipt says Emily) was very friendly and polite. We were VERY unhappy with this visit. Maybe it's time to take a break...the last few visits have started to go down hill. Pretty sad, since this location jist opened recently.

The staff was friendly. The food was just OK. It's expensive and extremely dirty atmosphere for a new place. I was really disappointed it was my first time in and I will never go back. I wish I had gotten pictures of the trash overflowing and how dirty the checkout counter was, and the food area was a mess. No napkins. The tables were dirty. Kids work there, and it shows.

We came to eat at the new Chipotle in Lecanto and everything was great. The burrito bowel was excellent! The chicken was fresh and hot and the black beans were right off the cooker!

This was the worst chipotle i have ever been too. Out of everything, overcharged, serving size for a two year old but expected to pay full prices, girl at cash registered needed more training, owner should probably stay on top of product availability or have a list on the door of what they are out of. Corporate made it right though!!! Will travel to inverness or ocala.
Also ordered a separate pick up which was 45 minutes late.

Literally got a burrito with burnt chicken and tried to call, couldn't even get ahold of anyone except the automatic answering machine that won't let you talk to a real person. Email to complain to apparently? Ends the conversation before im even done texting or sending a photo as proof. Nor does it solve my problem in the moment. It's actually ridiculous and frustrating especially after having such a long bad day at work. The burrito isn't even edible it taste like char.

Definitely not Fresh - some of the most awful food I've eaten from a Chipotle or anywhere else for that matter , Stale Chips , steak over cooked and salty tasting and just tasted awful, rice like mush- they where out of everything, and the food just tasted like Ass i basically threw it all out ,Staffed not Managed at all , definitely in need of better leader ship . I have pictures but don't know how to post them ..And we got there at 8pm and they closed at a 11 so it wasn't like we where there at the last minute,
