I never do this and honestly after seeing the bad reviews for the exact reason I chose to leave this review, I decided I will go ahead and post this. So I walk in ready to shop, I’m on vacation and excited to do some vacation shopping. These old ladies were so incredibly rude I thought it warranted a review. I’ve worked in customer service for years. They didn’t greet me, I greeted them because they were staring rudely. And they didn’t even respond to me. I had a cup of water in my hand, granted I didn’t see the no food or drink sign but instead of being decent people who are polite, they ignored MY greeting and very rudely told me to get rid of my water. It’s 95 degrees in Florida, carrying water is not uncommon. I wouldn’t have minded to get rid of it if I was spoken to with respect. But these two old ladies drove me away in about 15 seconds. No problem, I’ll take my money else where. But warning to the business owners, looks like these old fogies are continuing to cause you problems. Prime location isn’t all it takes for success, you have to have a good team behind you and it looks like some bad apples are spoiling this store for you.

Great selection of gauze!! Some sizes for petite women, but mostly for average & larger sizes.
Clerk was very helpful and pleasant, unlike some of these past comments. She helped me pick out the right sizes . Great customer service.

Every year on our girls trip we go to this store. We LOVE the clothes! It’s inter-generational and cute for all ages. Also so many options for different body types, seasons, etc.

Unfortunately the ladies working in the shop get frustrated and annoyed by us coming in and buying hundreds/thousands of dollars worth of clothes. They are not accommodating, make rude comments under their breath and make us feel unwanted. It’s continually disappointing making me think we need to just stop going.

I regularly purchase from this store and love the items that fit me. Unfortunately, I am an XS petite, and there is very little available in my size. (I wish they offered more!) That said, these are great clothes for the Florida heat.
From a customer service perspective, I’ve had inconsistent experiences. At times, the sales staff can be very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, more than once in the past year I’ve gone into the shop with friends who wanted to buy clothes but left without doing so due to poor customer service.

I have many pieces of Oh My Gauze and love every one. So very cool and comfortable for this Florida climate. I did order by phone and was disappointed in that particular pair of pants. Brad was very helpful with the return and I applaud his customer service and polite phone presence.

Amazing store! I had an awesome shopping experience! Kendra, Paulette and Allison were all so helpful! They store was lovely and they were so patient and helped me try on tons! Left with so many pieces I love ❤️

I am used to the Naples location and the first time here at the Sarasota location yesterday afternoon.

The people working here were friendly and helpful. Loved the Halloween display too. I bought 2 pairs of pants one in Watermelon and the other in Porcelain. Also bought a green jumpsuit that was on sale. Love this place and will be back! 💗💗💗💗💗

My wife drove an hour from St. Pete to OH My Gauze to shop for an upcoming trip. Upon arrival, the store was late opening. The 2 women employees were rude, not helpful (never asked if my wife needed assistance). They were more interested in shop talk than helping customers. Very disappointed. My wife will never return.
