I can’t edit my first review. But since they want to try and lie. You had to redo 12 of the sandwiches you sent out to correct the first issue where all 12 were wrong. You still gave us two of the wrong sandwiches on the corrective order which I had to drive back and pick up again.

2 weeks in a row the wrong order was given to me. Last week I didn’t have time to give feedback. Today we received the wrong order and they were very accommodating. I had to send someone to go get it but they made the order over, I sent someone to pick it up and it was still wrong.

I’ve been going to this store for at least a year and a half on a daily basis. At the front counter they have this box of disposable items that sell for a cheap price as a deal specifically saying “ box for $5”. Gives the impression that you get the whole box for 5 dollars, right?… No this wasn’t the case even after I ask the employee and he agrees on what I was saying, he rung me up I went to grab for the whole box and he says I can only get 1! Than afterwards goes and says after all the change he lets me go with, as if he lets me go with dollars at a time (which they do not) and tries embarrassing me. I asked the manager of the store for a refund also stating that they’ve done it before and he says, “No not anymore and if there’s a problem he’s calling the cops… The business in this store ridiculous and unprofessional. He then handles the problem by taking 1 that wasn’t in the box and puts it in another box smh. You’re better off going to the shell across the street anyway because there pricing isn’t the greatest anyway. Thanks

Stopped here today to get a soda. Picked up a small package of powdered donuts. To my surprise they rang up at $3.69. Outrageous. That price is ridiculous. I went to Publix across the street and was able to get an entire bag (10 ounces) for $3.49. Although you are a convenience store, your prices are outrageous. I used to live in this area and frequented this store often. Apparently, the prices have sky-rocketed here. Enough is enough. Stop trying to take advantage of the public with these high prices. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere unless you like throwing your money away. There are other options. Go someplace else. Don't throw your money away here.

Best store in Palm Beach County! Whatever you need they've probably got it and their deli has great food too. The employees are great and I've always been treated like family when I go there. My most recent visit, a customer came in trying to cash a check that no one else in the area would and started getting rude with Garrett, one of my favorite employees there, and he politely responded by just telling him to have a great Day. If you're looking for great service, food or whatever else you may need, Crossroads is absolutely the place to go when you're in Palm Beach Gardens! Highly recommended!

Walked in looking for breakfast and the wonderful lady knew it and before I could ask she pointed me in the right direction. A solid variety of breakfast options from egg sandwiches to hash to biscuits and gravy! Food was delicious!

Having worked in this industry for 10 plus years. This place by far, has the worst customer service and most outrageous prices. Go to stashbox in JUPITER instead, where they appreciate customers. Paying for the convenience doesn't always make it worth it.. Stay away.

Give the employee that caught the woman trying to cash a fraudulent check a raise! I wish employees everywhere had that much pride in their work and actually pressed charges against criminals!
