I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Marmalade Surfside during my vacation , and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional customer service. The young lady working was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to assist with any questions or styling advice.
The store itself is beautifully organized and has a welcoming atmosphere with the best beach vibes. The quality of the products is top-notch, and you can tell that a lot of thought and care goes into selecting the items they carry.
Overall, I highly recommend Marmalade Surfside to anyone looking for vacation clothes and accessories. It's a gem of a store that combines excellent products with outstanding service. I will definitely be returning for more shopping when I visit Siesta key again.

I have never given any business a bad review, but we were totally scammed in this boutique. The girl working there put something in our bag that we did NOT want to buy. She rang up our order while we were still shopping. I thought the total was a little high, so I checked my receipt as we were leaving the store. We did not walk out the door. When I went back to the register and told her there was something extra in our bag, she said they don't give refunds. She was not budging no matter what. She only offered a gift card in return for the item we didn't want. She knew we didn't live in Siesta Key because she had already asked me. After we left, another person in the store said he saw the girl working there walk away from the register, pick up the extra item, and bring it back to the register to put it in our bag. The store closed as soon as we left. How convenient!

I recently had an unfortunate experience at Marmalade Surf Side in Siesta Key, Florida. While the store is visually appealing with a wide selection of beachwear and accessories, my interaction with the staff left much to be desired.

During my visit, a staff member added an extra item to my purchase without my consent. I only realized this after being charged for it. When I approached the staff to rectify the mistake, I was met with unhelpfulness and indifference. The staff member firmly stated that the store has a strict no returns policy, leaving no room for discussion or resolution.

This incident was both frustrating and disappointing. A business should prioritize customer satisfaction and integrity in its transactions. Unfortunately, Marmalade Surf Side failed on both fronts. To make matters worse, it felt like a scam when the staff member closed the store immediately after we left, leaving us with no recourse.

I hope the management will address these issues to prevent future customers from experiencing similar dissatisfaction. Until then, I cannot recommend this store.

I have shopped at this boutique many times. I have always been greeted with kindness and the sales representatives are professional. The store is clean, organized and smells great. If you’re looking for a cute outfit or a fun Beachy gift, you must visit this cute little shop. I highly recommend it.

Marmalade Surfside is the epitome of a retail nightmare. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with the unmistakable stench of disdain from the staff, who make it abundantly clear that your presence is an inconvenience. The store itself is a chaotic mess, with clothes strewn about like an overstuffed thrift shop, and the products are outrageously overpriced for their mediocre quality.

The customer service is atrocious. The employees are not only unhelpful but also blatantly rude. When I asked for assistance, I was met with eye rolls and dismissive sighs. One staff member even had the audacity to tell me to "figure it out myself." The checkout process was equally painful, with the cashier more interested in her phone than in processing my purchase.

To add insult to injury, when I tried to return a defective item, I was subjected to a condescending lecture about their "strict" return policy, which apparently involves making the customer feel like a criminal. The manager was nowhere to be found, and when she finally did appear, she was as apathetic and unprofessional as her employees.

Marmalade Surfside is a complete disaster. Avoid it at all costs unless you enjoy terrible service, rude staff, and wasting your money on subpar merchandise. This store deserves to go out of business.

This store is dangerous in the best way🙈🙈 Whenever I go in, I never leave empty handed. There is always something that catches my eye that I just need to have in my closet. Whether it is jewelry, a tote bag, or gorgeous dress, marmalade seriously has it all and kills it every time!!!!

Marmalade is such a cute store with amazing staff!! I love how unique their merchandise is and the workers are always so kind and helpful! I definitely recommend checking them out for cute beachy wear.

this afternoon my friends came to look through this store and it was going well at first till some of us left for a different store. After we met back up again we heard that they put there clothes on the counters to save while shopping and after checking out they found out that the worker added more clothing to their total and refused to give a refund because they don’t accept returns.This was very unacceptable of a business and we are very disappointed in the service.
