Came in & witnessed a very uncomfortable situation where Michelle, the Customer Service person working tonight 3/20 @ 8:25 pm, humiliating & talking down to this Mexican customer. I had to make sure I got her name because she was talking so loudly that people were looking uncomfortable asking this guy if he paid for his merchandise, he was trying to explain to her, she was rude & wouldn’t let this man speak, she intentionally embarrassed this poor guy. Then she went in a huddle with other employees talking trash about this customer. I know that is NOT Publix standard business practice. They treat customers with outmost respect . I called the store, Michelle answered the phone, I informed her what I have witnessed & she denied this ever happened. I told Michelle that I will be placing a review about this. I hope management read this & address this issue with Michelle.

I stopped by to grab some lunch and wasn't disappointed. The store was pretty much clean and organized. The mens restroom could use a little touch up. It's nice to see self checkout registers. I purchased three items and the transaction probably was one minute to scan and pay.

For the people that's always complaining about the self checkout registers.

You don't have to use them and you're probably going to need a bagger because you have a full cart anyway.

Use a regular register if you need someone bagging your groceries and helping you put them in your vehicle.

They're not taking jobs from people.

They take up the space for two normal registers and there's usually two employees helping out in that section.

Imagine if the four people checking out there was in front of you at one register. (You'd be complaining that there isn't enough workers.)

And that chicken breast I ate was awesome.

If you want a review from someone that isn't 40, the store is great with very nice employees. They've always had what I've been looking for with a nice atmosphere.

This is one of the best Publix stores in Jupiter. The big advantage over some other locations is easy parking. The deli and bakery section are offering wide range of products that are mostly locally prepared and fresh out of the oven. Check out is easy, never long lines, and additionally there is self-check out for those with only few items and in hurry. The store is clean and staff is always friendly and eager to help, in short, the store is well run.

The deli needs more training especially on being sanitary, Jacob proceeds to reach over my subs as it was being made more the 4x, after the 6th time I informed that’s disgusting to reach over someone’s food and your hitting it with your arm, then someone started sweeping which was even more unsatisfying. The debris goes up into the air!

I am new in the area and all 3x I have been here it has been very displeasing!

Publix has such a great corporate protocol for their stores. They are alway tidy and very well organized. Everything is always being wiped down, cleaned, product pulled forward and making it an enjoyable place to shop. It cost money to maintain this profile, which could be the reason for their higher than most stores price increases.

We stopped by to pick up a few things to snack on and take to our hotel room. There was a big selection of food, snacks, and produce.

This is a very large and spacious Publix that has a great layout with plenty of room for people and carts. The shelves are well stocked with products and the products are very clean.

Both Deli and checkout staff were friendly and courteous. They had everything we needed for our trip. Always a pleasure to shop at Publix.
