Dealing with Georges Music is by far the best experience Ive had thus far. Ask for Tim. He is a class act and is very informative. He has been there for me every step of the way for my shopping experience. Recently I asked about a particular guitar (ESP Hetfield) and he had the info I needed quick. Had a great experience ordering online from this store - I didn't expect the amazing customer service I received. The item was sent the same day I ordered it. Eventually I got concerned because tracking showed it delayed in a remote part of Arizona so I reached out to the Account Manager (Tim) that had reached out to me after I placed my order. He replied immediately, and reached out to their FedEx rep. Even though he doesn't work on weekends, he helped track my shipment and reached out when it was out for delivery and then delivered. I feel like this level of customer service is unheard of these days and infinitely better than if I had ordered at a massive online retailer. We will definitely be ordering from George's Music again!

First time George's Music customer. Got the new PRS SE Swamp Ash Iri blue. Price was better than other major retailers by several hundred dollars. Attention to customer service was top notch. Shipping was quick across the country. Packaging was super secure, not just thrown in a bottom-barrel cardboard holder. You can tell this company really gives a damn about providing the customer with a great instrument and great service.
