I visited this little sandwich shop / market on 6/14/24. I had the steak sandwich, and my wife had the cuban sandwich. The meal was under $20 for both sandwiches, and you will not be hungry if you finish them. These sandwiches have some size to them. Service was nice, the store was clean, I will definitely be going back. I've never been to south fl so I cannot attest to their authenticity, but I can tell you the sandwiches we had were delicious.

Feast your eyes on this delicious pork meat with a broiled skin , fried plantains, rice and beans , best part was 1# rice and beans . I guess the pork needed some more flavor but other than that it was good.

What a surprise to find fab Cuban coffee in the Gateway of Florida! If you are in the Live Oak area you need to stop by LaRotonda. The food is good (dine in, drive thru, or order in to take out)...I suggest the beef empanadas...there is a selection of meats, cheeses, etc. for your at home Tex-Mex nights and of course....let them introduce you to Cuban coffee served right if you aren't already obsessed with it! The counter people are friendly and speak a lovely mix of English and Spanish.

I had to make two trips just to get my order. By the time I got the second half of the order the first half was soaking wet soggy and ruined. After I called in the orders they still didn’t have the items with the order. Very disappointed because I was looking forward to trying it.

Ok, this place is truly my favorite place to eat, but I will only eat there if they have their beef stew available (they hardly ever have it available, only downfall). I order the stew, a plate & a Cuban sandwich & my entire meal is amazing! Can't rave about how delicious their food is enough! High quality & decent service!
