I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered from GetFPV, and not only did they send me the wrong items, but their customer service has been absolutely terrible. I called and waited on hold for an hour, only for the call to get dropped. When I called back, they just didn’t answer at all.

Figured I’d try email support instead—big mistake. Their responses (when they even bother to reply) are slow, unhelpful, and dismissive. At this point, I’m beyond frustrated and extremely disappointed in how this company handles customer issues.

If you’re thinking about ordering from GetFPV, don’t—unless you enjoy waiting forever, getting the wrong stuff, and dealing with customer service that clearly doesn’t care.

First order. I'm new to the drone/fpv world, so I ordered some parts for my first build. I found that GetFPV had everything and at good prices! I did make one mistake, and ordered a part that wasn't compatible. I caught the mistake before it shipped, so I contacted customer service through their web site form at 9pm, and, was delighted to see my request completely solved before I even woke up the next morning! The rest of my order was shipped without delay, and, the item I canceled was already refunded. I didn't expect such great service from a small business! I'm definitely coming back to order the rest of the parts I need!

Drone arrived broken in shipping and it is taking forever to correct. They keep telling me they will ship out replacement. I will remove this when I receive my working drone. Was on hold waiting for support while writing this and call just dropped.

Negative experience! Waited on hold for over 2 hours no response. Got faster ship times from China (Holybro). Says they are open but no one picks up the phone. Really disapointed.

Great company. I ordered some products amongst the few things I ordered. I ordered a Walksnail Goggles X. The goggle x case had a tear in the zipper. I emailed Customer support to see if by chance they could help a brother out. And sure enough they came through! Sent me a replacement case no questions asked. I know it wasn't GetFpv fault for a damaged zipper. Just a QC thing. But hey this was a great experience and I most definitely will be a returning customer. Customer service was great! Thanks again!

Showed up at 12:45pm on Friday 12/22/2023 for local pickup. Followed the directions and texted when I was at the location. No answer, customer service number isn’t active after getting through the automated options. The website chat said “someone should be coming out soon”. There is no indication on the website or the front door the location is closed. This has unfortunately been a pretty big waste of time.

Absolutely terrible company! If you are a pro filled with knowledge, try and remember that you had to start somewhere too. Don't support this company. Rotorriot and Raceday Quads have both treated me with with respect and actually helped me with my purchase. Getfpv treated me like a moron throughout the process. I returned everything I bought from Getfpv and instead, I bought everything at Rotorriot and Raceday Quads!
