Edit again x3: they still can’t get it right, I will never be back at this Ellianos location again. I go through they forget the cold foam. When they are told to correct it that put whip cream.

Edit to add: I came this morning 1/24 and they didn’t AGAIN. I’m paying $1 extra for cold foam and they “can’t seem to remember to add it” but they can remember to charge the $1 extra? I’m done coming here.

Here lately they are missing the mark on customer service and service in general. I usually do online orders. I have to correct the order at the window every single time. They never add my cold foam, and sometimes don’t hand me all my items. I have to wait until the open the window again to tell them. At this point it almost feels intentional. Yesterday the cold foam was missing so I ask if they could add it (cold foam is printed on the sticker at least 3x with my name). She hands me the cup back covered in cold foam on the outside with no napkins. I understand getting busy etc but I’m coming when the peak rush hours are over. I’m usually the ONLY car at the window. So I really feel there is no excuse.

The best coffee! I was so excited to move up here knowing there would be an Ellianos close. Everyone here is so nice, and my kids love coming here. Thank you for being awesome

Such a great little coffee shop. The staff here were in good spirits and took my order kindly. I was surprised that they offer their own version of a pup cup as well which was exciting for my little guy, Roscoe 🐕 I also tried their iced toffee coffee and a blueberry 🫐 muffin warmed up to perfection. Overall, a great place for a coffee and a little snack in live oak. There’s really nothing else besides a dunkin or gas station so this is like the elite coffee shop here.

My Best Friend introduced me to this place when I moved here in July and I'm addicted! I get a large Tuxedo Freezer with Extra whip cream ! They make the whipped cream themselves and it's amazing ! It's worth trying out !

This place is really awesome if you really are into coffee. They have Italian coffee they have all kinds of different stuff to try they have some delicious flavors of coffee they also do the iced coffee regular coffee they do all kinds of delicious stuff they even have fruity drinks you can get. They even have like icy fruity drinks and stuff it's very delicious and they have food you can get they have breakfast sandwiches and stuff like that. And if you want to go and take your puppy and have a pup cup they do that as well and my dog enjoys having a pup cup it makes her day LOL. Come and check them out all the girls that work there are very sweet and very helpful you won't regret it. This is probably one of my favorite places in Live Oak Florida to get coffee

Every time I'm at an ellianos, I get a large cookies n cream freezer no whip add chocolate and caramel syrup. This location has absolutely outdone itself on more than one occasion. The ladies here are absolutely fantastic!!! 10/10 recommend for sure
