If you're driving down Rt 19/98 South of Chiefland, Fl, you will come upon a little town called Otter Creek. If you blink, you will miss it. But you need to make a stop at Hershel's Quick Stop for their BLT. They also have hamburgers and bbq and other fresh to order items. It's a bait/ hunting/ convience/ country store. They have a large assortment of jellies, jams, pickles, bbq sauce, and fun named seasonings. I bought some for my son's birthday, and he will get a kick of the names. They have picnic tables you can eat on and just slow down and enjoy the little country town feel.

Spices, jams, pickled quail eggs, hot sauces, bait, fried food. Smoked mullet dip! This store was awesome. Cashier at the front was super friendly as well. We live over an hour away and I already want to go back.

Great little shop with assorted home made condiments and snacks. I bought a couple jams, and jerky. They also have a deli and I hope I'm hungry on the next trip buy.

Great little store here in Otter Creek, check out all the homemade honeys, jams, hot sauces and spices... You'll want to take home one of everything... Serve breakfast and lunch, cold beverages and grab bait and fishing accessories. Picnic tables out front to relax a bit... Friendly service!

It is a blast from the past, old-fashioned county store out of the 50's 60s. Friendly staff. The restroom is outside, and you need to get the key.

No gas small but great sandwich and conversation for tried traveler.
The store for out in the middle of no place has alot to offer.
I'll stop back again for sure.
