Homeowner deductible was. Never really explained to me when she doubled value of the house. FYI. 5 percent doesn’t sound bad but 55,000 deductible does. Angry. Well, your insurance agent is suppose to take care of you. Fight for you I hired a public adjuster to do this and transferred my insurance to another broker. Insurance is a foreign thing to most. Most of us reply on our agents for personal and professional advice
I learned. Friendship or acquaintanceship has no value when doing business. Sad but true

I needed to price shop condo insurance recently. Secur-All was recommended by a family member. I contacted Sandra who was generous with her time and explained everything about our present policy. Sandra then shopped around for the correct coverage with reputable companies and provided us with quotes.
Sandra took it a step further. After reviewing our other policies, Sandra advised us we were paying duplicate charges. Our previous agent didn’t answer our calls when we tried to ascertain why we were paying more than necessary.
We immediately canceled our polices and our relationship with the other agency.
In this day and age it’s difficult to find good customer service. I’m elated we found Sandra and Secur-All and I trust her with all our future insurance needs.

I spoke with Dee on February 6th, and emailed all of the info needed to quote insurance for my Condo. Two other companies took 24 hours to get me a quote. I followed up with her on the 9th.
It is now the 16th and I have no quote. Given this lack of response, I would be concerned if I had a claim with them, and needed a quick response.
