This is my “go to” Publix! Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I wanted a Wicked themed cake for my daughter’s birthday. The bakery doesn’t have a Wicked theme in their book. So the girl who took my order listened to me and even gave me some suggestions. When I picked up the cake I was in amazement!!! Christie was the decorator of this cake.I wish I had a picture of my daughter’s expression when she saw this!!! Decorations were from Amazon. The cake was not only absolutely delicious but the decorating was spectacular!!! Thank you Christie!! ❤️

Do not buy steaks from this store. Or from any Publix for that matter. I bought two ribeyes tonight for $35 I cooked them to perfection and they were still pink on the inside. But absolutely inedible. The toughest steak I have ever had. I would have been better buying a skirt steak Or flank steak. Spend the extra money and go to Petty's

Does Publix is amazing very well organized great customer service love the atmosphere. The Deli associates are knowledgeable. In their products. They’re very attentive and they’re quick workers. The front end staff is very nice and just overall store is very clean. Great store location.

I live between two Publix.
One on Lk. Mary Blvd and one on 434 on Wekiva Springs Rd.
I seem to run to the Heathrow Publix store because of convenience
I see a huge difference when I shop at the 434 store.
The Manager acknowledges me .
When you don’t know where something is, they will walk you to the aisle ( as compared to saying “I don’t know”)
The check out cashiers are extremely friendly as opposed to complaining about how many hours they have before they get off.
I have better luck with the produce at this store as well.
Why do I go back to Heathrow?
Bad habit and it’s near everything I do.
434 is a we’ll run store and seems to be nice to their staff

I want to thank the manager, Brett, at the Springs Plaza store, for helping me place a long distance order for a Thanksgiving dinner for my sister who is in the hospital. Also, for Kent Williams, who helped with the delivery. I live in Melbourne, so this meant so much to me.Thank you for such excellent service!!!!👍👍

Friendly staff! Deli food very good, although ribs weren't falling apart. Other than that, no complaints. I shop here all the time!

I needed just a few items and a lottery ticket. Plenty of parking. Easy to navigate the store. Got my items quickly and check out was friendly. Has a lot to machine in the front of store.

Never ever do business here. Had a prescription filled for years here. Changed doctors, ran into a refill problem. While I was sorting it out they have incorrectly applied state law to what can be issued.

My opinion is they're applying the "oxy" rule to maintenance medication like this, which can't be cut or sold any other way, and all it does is cause me to not be able to function due to bureaucratic nonsense.

John in particular doesn't seem to know what he's doing. Fair earning, don't go here if you need to count on your medication to function.
