I was kind of skeptical at first when looking at the website. But after working with them this company is awesome! They quoted me $329.00 for my IPhone 15 originally and once inspected they gave me the $329.00 that they have first promised through the sites quote. They are very quick and good with emailing back if you have any problems, which i had none, and they also frequently gave updates about the package. This company is awesome and I highly recommend using if you want to sell your electronics! Great experience!!

This is what they do to all the phones or sell for parts on ebay, you can do 3 day auctions and I can bet you'll 100% get more then they'll offer.
Their bid at first was 445 and then was changed to 365. 360 with insurance deducted. I have sold the phone on EBAY for 545 which will be shipped out when I receive it back.

First off I sent in a iPhone 14 Pro Max, which they considered "Fair" as I've seen how they respond to reviews, here's how they listed the condition of the phone.
"Your device was found to show scratches on screen and light wear on bezel, also found light wear on rear camera rims that qualify it to be in Fair condition as per our guidelines. This means your device was found to have excessive scratching throughout the display and/or body." The phone had several screen protectors on the camera, the body was in mint condition and the screen had a few tiny scratches in it. Under "Very Good" the screen can have minor scratches which it did. The email response time is terrible, have fun waiting 7 hours if you have a concern about your devices offer, but if you're just gonna accept their trash offers you'll get a response within 10 minutes.
I urge everyone to sell your phone on EBAY.

I'm not a fan of negative reviews, but I really don't believe this business deserves a 4.8 rating w/ 1700+ reviews.

I've had three transactions with them. I just sold them a late model macbook, and experienced some iffy business practices. Nothing new I guess. I've done business with most cashout/buyers on sellcell.com, and they all pretty much pull the same shady stuff.

Basically: Offer an above average payout. Once they have possession of device grade it two levels below the original offer. The defects are almost always some inscrutable criteria that can't be detected with a camera.

I sent them a late model macbook with an apple branded charger and new aftermarket cable. They claimed the charger was determined to not be OEM, and that the device had "fingerwear from acidic oils chemically interacting with the materials" and screen burn from losing the laptop while it's still hot. They sent me an offer $377 lower than requested. I asked for photos. Low and behold, there's nothing that can be detected by a camera.

I did originally grade the device as flawless. I can agree that it had slight flaws, but nothing to justify a nearly $400 price drop. Bottom line: Machine could resell for at least $1800, and they offered $1049. After some back and forth they offered $1190 and still denied the charger was oem. I accepted it.

These guys know most people just want to get paid quickly, and will hassle them until they capitulate to a lowball offer.

The whole point of using a cashout service is to eliminate the hassle of the sales process in exchange for a lower buy fair price.

If you these guys are just going to give me the same runaround I would get from the average shmuck on facebook, why waste my time and dollars with them?

I give this company a one star due to the fact that I gave them a brand new phone that had only been used for one month. Never has been dropped. Never has been scratched. I hardly used it. in the beginning, I was quoted 327 which is low anyway but that’s besides the point. The point is they told me that my phone had scratches on the phone screen which it absolutely did not. I take very good care of my things and I made sure that my iPhone 14+ was I will protected front and back. So they ended up calling me 295 then, when I received the money it was 286. It also took a week to have the whole transaction done where they said it would only be a couple days. Beware. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Was skeptical, but most Reddit reviews seemed positive, so I gave it a go. I sent in my flawless Mac Studio, and a couple days after it arrived I received the email confirming my quote, and was paid the full amount. I was notified by email every step of the way, and was impressed with how smoothly it all went. I’d use them again and recommend them.
