Wonderful little consignment/thrift shop..I found some nice metal GMC wheel cap/coasters, and a curio cubby, and vase for a remodel project.. will be back; the people were pleasant, the store was well maintained, and the prices were more than fair..

We truly strive to help out local and small business owners. As Vintage & Antique dealers, our goal is to work with smaller businesses as much as possible.
Today, your store loss probably a few hundred dollars worth of sales. Why ..? Customer service, hospitality, kindness... all things that go a long way when dealing with the public.
What may seem small and inconsequential to you, may greatly effect others.
If you don’t want folks using your “restroom” ... why lie? Your posted note said “out of service” !
I know we all have to take precautions during the covid crisis. I get that. However, a disabled person doesn’t always have the means to make other ummm “arrangements” when they have to use the restroom. Yes, I am disabled. It’s really sad that you think customers can give you Covid by sitting on your toilet.
So, we left rushed to Burger King, where using the toilet is “okay” and came back. It was against our greater judgement to do so, but being petty doesn’t make our business grow. Not one kind word was spoken to us the entire time we were in there. We were your only customers at the time.
The general lack of anything, maybe even an embarrassed apology for YOUR policy would have been welcomed.
