This company is fantastic! A huge thank you to Brooke for going the extra mile by meeting us on a day off but also sharing all the information she has and being completely transparent about pricing. This was our first purchase of a mobile home. Brooke, Ashley and Katelyn made our experience very pleasant. They were very professional, honest, courtesy and respectful. Due to our lack of knowledge with a mobile home purchase they made the process easy and stress free. All of our questions and concerns were answered without delay. If you are looking for a great family owned and operated business this company is just for you! They made our process of buying a home so much easier. We are going on year three of being in our house and we have loved every minute of it. Three hurricanes later and our home is still standing. The only damage we had was to our skirting and even when it came time to purchase new sheets of skirting, they made it a breeze to order and pickup. All in all, I 100% recommend going to them to purchase your home.

Our homes have been the most expensive items we buy. So when we saved enough to make our current purchase, we wanted someone on our side who knew how to navigate the system and would advocate for us. Brooke and Katlin at Corbett’s are experts at doing that...not surprising since for three generations Corbett's Homes has served the people of our region. This is the only place I would recommend buying a home from. I went to three places before I found Corbetts and I was not taken seriously at any of the places until I arrived at Corbetts. I was young and looking to buy a home and nobody would give me the time of day. On top of other businesses wanting to be secretive with prices. I was treated respectfully and seriously through this entire process. Ashleigh, Brooke and Kaitlin are some of the most helpful women I have ever met. Any questions I had about the process they were able to answer. If I called in and had questions they would answer and it was no problem. They were upfront about all the prices and they were able to immediately show me what houses I could afford. These are honest people selling good homes. Before I signed any paperwork, I was sat down and shown all the prices for my home and the hook ups which I was doing through Corbetts. They did my septic tank. It was a fast and smooth process. They made sure I understood all of the paperwork and all of the pricing that was listed. Even after my house was sold to me if I called Corbetts they would do anything to try and help me out in any way they could with any issues I had as a new homeowner.

They don't deserve one star but that was the only way I could post this. They sell cardboard boxes and call them homes. I have one and it's a death trap. The entire trailer was damaged, which I believe happen during transport. They refuse to fix anything including holes in the roof, tiles off the roof. None of the windows or doors would open or close properly. And they refuse to fix anything! Do not buy anything from them
