Went in to get a new battery put in, was told 2 oil changes and a tire change in front of us. Almost an hour and half later they finally got my car pulled up near the shop but not in the garage. Ended up putting the battery in backwards and put the positive cable on the negative post and negative cable on the positive post and created a spark and now the car won't draw any kind of power and won't fire up. Leaving myself, my mother and my 4 children stranded at walmart with no way to get home since they caused so much damage to my vehicle that it's undrivable. To top it off took almost another 3 hours to screw up my vehicle, file a claim and they rolled down my windows and was told to take all my personal effects with me since they can not keep my vehicle inside during non business hours, so who knows what's going to happen to my vehicle now. Worst experience ever!

I was looking for brake calipers for my truck. Unfortunately the calipers we not in stock.
So I was given the option of having them sent to my home or have them sent to the store. Either way, it would have taken 3 or more days. I could not wait that long.
We had to go to a different part store to get them.
All of this was checked on the website, so...there was no type of interaction with personal.
I did however visit the garden center.
This Walmart has some BEAUTIFUL plants and flowers.

Made an appt. There were several people there and was told appts have 1st priority over walk-ins, and I was next. BS. My vehicle was still there and rest were done. They didn't even get my vehicle in for 40 mins after appt time. Why make an appt time if it doesn't do you any good.

Don’t get new tires put on here unless you want to waste your time. 1 guy does all the work, other guys stand around with a tablet saying we dont sell lugnuts and we can only put 3 tires not 4 on your car cause you don’t have enough. All after a 2 hr wait.

SomE things are just deserved , 8 am stuck on the interstate , with a blown rv tire .. get wal mart on the phone

I get the whole first come first served thing .. but damn … really ?

Unusual location. Not like other TLE in others towns or other states. Could not communicate with the guys in the shop. Language barrier. The service writer told me my tire would be around $91 and then told me it was $150. Strangely managed department in a uniquely different version of wally world.

Only been here to have a tire changed but they have nice garage and actually have enough mechanics working. The employees there are always ready to assist you. I bought windshield wipers and the one guy put them on for me.

Awesome service and worth the wait time. The store should pay these staff well and keep them with the much needed help. The town of live oak depends on this good, fast and reasonably priced services.
