Calling was no point. I talked to Travis and the first thing he said was “speak English” as if I wasn’t already. And instead of helping, he just kept correcting me saying he knows more when indeed he knows nothing. I recommend the other auto stores around town they’re super helpful!

Went there to return a caliper core that I had bought on vacation from another location, the gentleman helping me said that he was doing me a favor not that I did a favor by choosing Napa. He told me he didn't have enough cash for the $60 core then asked for my wife's credit card to put the core charge on even though we paid cash ! He kept saying I was mad when I wasn't. Getting frustrated with his attitude possibly but not mad. I like to deal with Buddy ! He by far has the best people skills of the entire staff. Knowledgeable, fast, and friendly.

Great service, great prices, great experience. Very happy with the help I received from Napa live oak.
They had the battery I needed for $150 less than everyone else.
The guys there were very helpful and knowledgeable and I left feeling confident I made the right choice. Will go back for any other needs!

This place is well organized and has a lot in stock. The counter guys were friendly, quick to help, and knowledgeable. They had what I needed, and the price was right. If the part is not in stock, they can usually order it for you.
