The storage unit we initially bought smelled like rat urine and had rat dropping everywhere. These clearly aren't maintained. The only positive is the size of the units and the affordability

I have use the storage unit. Severand it's always been clean safe. If you need anything they're right, there, I do recommend them and they're in live oak Florida. Not hard to find.

This is by far one of the best storage facilities I have used it’s safe, secure and you have your own individual code to enter the gate. If you happen to have an an issue with your code. Just call customer service ,they’ll get you in , in just a few moments, Customer service team has been really helpful very polite and the prices are phenomenal and the online process for renting a storage unit is by far the easiest ! Great work, Ms Lillian‘s self storage of Live oak Fl ! I will continue to use your facilities.

I have recommended the storage area to several people, Even my friends & my brother moved here from Tennessee, and; they rented him one of the storages as well. After I called them, he was satisfied with the storage. I've been satisfied We're continuing to recommend the storage for them. The Unit Area I'm in is on high ground & with stood the 3 in a row Hurricanes that hit us in Live Oak Fl.

The storage unit is large enough for what I needed to store & was clean when we went to put our stuff in the unit, I like the fact that you have to have a code to get in the gates & since we buy our own lock were the only one with a key. The property around the facility is always clean & kept up, and the storage fees are reasonable. I would recommend Ms. Lillian's storage to anyone looking for a great place to store there valuables. No matter who you talk to they don't speak enough English to comprehend a conversation. The units are not clean the price will continually increase with no explanation. These are horrible people do not use their service find somewhere else to store your items. Because the unit is outside there is a massive bug issue, the spiders are off the chain and all of their friends. Run from this storage place. If I could give them a negative number, they have earned it. They are not nice people. The ONLY GOOD reviews are them asking their customers to do one for a discount however it does not justify the service of ignorance. I have to give a 1 star to post ugh they deserve none! This is for the location on 102 Trice

My belongings have been storaged with Ms. Lillian’s for 1yr now and I have not had an issue from the hurricanes, tornado to just plain rain/wind. The area is kept clean/grass mowed, so I also continue to keep my storage clean and organized. It is very nice to be at a gated facility to ensure the safety of my belongings.

Nice place to rent a storage locker! Has security fencing, gate code, and cameras which is nice for protecting your valuables! They will even have someone come and get rid of ants or other pests if there is that problem.
