I received great service with Ms. Dorthy at Gwyns Gifts and Home Decor. She was very accommodating to the last minute reservation transfer, and was very knowledgeable of the products and travel information. Gwyn's Gifts and home Decore is the only place i would recommend renting a trailer or truck from. I always receive excellent service at this location. As a matter of fact, I have been directed to other locations to pick up equipment in the past and always there is a problem. Either they are closed {always} its way out of my way, unpleasant or non-friendly. Dirty and unkept. I am a frequent renter and the ONLY place I do good Business with is Gwyn's of live oak FL. Thanks Gwyn. #1 location

Ms. Gwinn was so kind and respectful. She processed our rental very quickly and made sure we knew all the bins and ours of Borge the rental agreement and emergency numbers. I highly recommend this location to rent your U-Haul!

The lady here is an absolute sweetheart and very professional! I sure hate I forgot to ask her name! She understood why my husband, and I was so upset! About how customer service, and the scheduling department tried to handle us! She showed empathy, understanding, and compassion right away! Her customer service skills are impeccable! She was a great problem solver with what she had control over! Uhaul itself is very unorganized, and gets worse. Every time we have to make a move! This will hopefully be the last time. I ever have to rent from them. However this store has some lovely merchandise! My husband purchased me a nice new piece of jewelry! And I am very please with it!

Why would you allow someone to make an appointment to reserve a uhaul at the time you close? You would think a company would be aware of appointments and stay open to fulfill their business

The lady at gwyns gifts was a sweetheart, she understood the reasons I was upset,. And handled the situation very promptly, I definitely would recommend their dealership. Still need to resolve this matter with corporate.
