The apartment complex is safe. We loyved here for three years with our children. Our land lord was Olga for apartment B2. She was the absolute worst. The cabinets and vanity that are currently in that house was put in there by my husband. My husband had to go behind her "maintenance" person for most things as he was not very good. She never returned our deposit to us upon moving. When we moved in the place was not in good condition. She did not provide pest control like the other land lords did. She did not do anything to fix the issues such as mold, broken water heater, broken window, leaking kitchen sink, broken washer etc These are all things she was made aware of and did not fix. My husband did most of the modifications in that condo. I see that the place is now being rented or sold and just wanted to warn people not to rent from B2 as that land lord will do nothing for you. We had two kids and she did not care about asking us to move out last minute. We also hired someone to clean the place before giving her the keys so everything was left better then when we moved in.
