Needed flowers delivered same day and another place canceled on me last minute. So I called Unforgettable and she was SO incredibly helpful. I told her what happened and she said “okay, send me a pic of what you wanted, the recipients name and address, and what you want the card to say, and we’ll make it happen tonight” - and then she communicated with me when the flowers left the shop and when they were one delivery away from my sisters house. And the flowers were gorgeous!! Will use again if I ever need flowers in that area!

This is the best florist I’ve ever encountered. She surpasses every florist I’ve ever seen. Minerva is a professional and an artist in her craft. She has a heart of gold and will diligently work hard to make your special day the most beautiful and special, memorable one. She made my wedding reception a dream come true. All of my guests raved about just how beautiful the flowers were. This florist is hands down the best and she will make your dreams come true. I recommend her with all my heart. When Ms. Minerva described what she would do for us to celebrate Mom’s life we were unsure if she could deliver on the expectations she set. Well she not only delivered on her promise she exceeded our expectations. The care she demonstrated and the personal touch in personally delivering the arrangement and placing it on the casket left our family and attendees in awe. If you are in Ft Meyers or Cape Coral and need a florist you need to go see Ms. Minerva it will truly be an Unforgettable Experience!

This happens to be the most beautiful floral store I have ever gone to! The women there aim to please with the freshest most beautiful flowers that last !! Not like some places where they die after two days! This is definitely a hidden gem!! Has the nicest gifts and gift baskets, along with flowers. You can build your own bouquet and also has DIY classes for fresh and silk flowers!! You must go to this floral store!! The women there are amazing and so helpful. I would give them 10🌟’s!!

I had such a positive experience! I used doordash to order for this flower shop for my long distance best friend (I was specific on the color combinations I wanted) and the florist called me to ask what I wanted to write on the card that is provided with the bouquet I ordered and was so helpful and willing to make the flower order exactly how I wanted it to be! (You guys exceeded my expectations and I will be ordering from you again!) I’ve never seen a prettier flower arrangement! Thank you for making my flower arrangement ideas come to life!
