I have to say that the young man Scotty that came out and fixed our broken tire on our fifth wheel was very very good. He was here when he said he would be here. The wait was a while, but we understand we were not first in line. He did excellent job Was very very nervous for him. Seeing as we were on interstate 75 on the side of the road the tractor trailers driving by 100 miles an hour so my husband went out there to make sure nobody ran over them. Everybody followed up the company he works for Sams everyone kept following up to see if he was there if he was doing a good job I have to say very, very pleased. Thank you all for your assistance. You came out and helped us.

I have issue with major air leak I called this guy he come and he need to change that long hose from air compressor to air dryer took him four hours to get done but I still have a leak my trailer is down and he doesn't wanna fix it he called me he asked me about his mechanic I told him he's still working on it maybe he doesn't have a right tools that's why you're taking so long and out to one minute guy run come to me he asked me to pay it not finish it job freight me with police if I don't pay him half job but he did it he left my truck in damage all screws blow up he doesn't put the stuff on a place where is belong and guys and a driver don't call this guy his job sucks because he gonna fight you if you don't pay it or not fixing your truck with police he called police on me I explained police officer but seems to me his county his police don't call this guy he sucks and he lie

We had a blowout of a steer tire on our motorhome and was towed to a Freightliner dealer. The Freightliner dealer (see another review) coordinated with Babcock Tire to come and replace the blowout, and we could not be happier.

Their tech, Scotty, was awesome. He not only made sure the tire was replaced, but also found a damaged air line to the brakes and fixed it before putting the new tire on.

We were so impressed, that we had all the other tires replaced as well. Didn't want to chance another blowout.

We would highly recommend Babcock Tires, and especially Scotty.
