The older , late 40s , overweight lady was very rude. Asked me to go to the back of the line because it “seemed as if I wasn’t in line” even tho I was waiting for ten minutes. Ended up leaving… Slow service , Rude employees 🤷‍♀️. She excelled in flirting with older men tho. At least she’s good in some aspect in her job, not that it’s appropriate.

Fake or rude take ur pick or both. U don’t know how many travelers I met that wish that they had better options or as a train or bus traveler we pack a picnic for our longer travel times and yet they don’t want to accommodate such travelers. Don’t waste ur time. Sorry u have to be in Los Angeles as u travel. U better off for the money u spend at this store walk to Dennys across the street.

A nice one stop shop in Union Station. I made 4 separate purchases there while waiting for my bus. They had dance music playing and their own security. They have a good selection of items.

Loved this hidden gem. Great selection of snacks, meals, coffee, and more. Had a GREAT Philly cheese steak sandwich with chips and a drink at a super reasonable price.

This place is the best and people are sleeping on it. Get the breakfast sandwich on the Jalapeño cheese bagel (the baked goods are made by their own bakery), or a breakfast wrap (comes with their house made salsa). Food is cooked fresh in front of you!

This place has gone downhill in recent years. They have a coffee machine that serves Abuelita Mexican hot chocolate but last time I was there it didn't work. When I asked the attendant to fix it he just gave the container a couple whacks and that was it. It dispensed the liquid but the mix was off and tasted horrible. I didn't have time to argue or I would have missed my train. The least all those guys standing around watching if you you're going to steal something can do is check the machines periodically. Poor quality and service Trimana!

2nd time in a few months that I got shorted on change from a $20 bill. A few months ago I was shorted $5 and this time $15 but I caught it so be aware when using cash. Not sure if the employee was taking advantage of weary foreign travelers or skimming money but very disappointed.
