I spent an unnecessary $80 at this store this place is beyond terrible! This place has a no return nor exchange policy I wish I knew before hand they don’t even have the sign in a visible place . I bought a scale that cost me $55 should scale up to 5000grams. I used my own weights to check it when I got to my shop (since the cashier who sold it to me didn’t check himself) It would not scale 1gram. I went back to show the cashier then he decides to tell me no return or exchange policy wow! I showed him my scale and when I asked him to show me another one of the same brand it also did the same thing! He said he could only sell me another one and if I come in the next day to talk to the manager he would be able to help me out. I bought another scale from them and went back the following day only to be told by two other cashiers that there’s nothing they could do and the person who sold it to me should have weighed it before selling it and mentioned the policy(Great!) I don’t know how they could justify selling defective products and if they did have this policy at least mention it and test the product out in front of the customer (which he did not) This place is terrible I needed an accurate product for scaling ink. I payed 3 visits to this place wasted my time and money!

“It’s a store policy not to give prices over the phone”. Instant red flag. They expect you to buy once you’re in there regardless of the price because you are desperate or lazy or both. “Our prices are higher because we are open 24/7”. Well, if you gave prices over the phone, I wouldn’t have to drive downtown and fight to find parking just to find that out. I’m not paying three times as much for anything. I can easily afford it, but that’s not the point. It’s a predatory business practice.

Extremely shady and vague over the phone, Bought a gravity bong for 900 😮‍💨 box was extremely damaged and product was definitely used twice maybe 3 times. For that professionalism you get a whooping 1 star and me I get a fat L for being stupid and gullible. I hope this review sparks a change in your business practices or save future buyers... They do have 2 people who are for the boiz...

I'm going to give this place 3 stars because every other time I have been here it was great I had a situation today with an employee who had a horrible attitude and since I was unable to get her name she started throwing something at my car so I recorded after pulling up a bit. I have never dealt with an employee like that so if u can avoid it I would just go to a different smoke shop honestly not worth the problems. This employee also found and stalked me on Instagram which is completely inappropriate. I hope the owner Natalie deals with this so others don't have to endure such childish behavior. I attached a picture of her coming out of her place of work to yell at me, throw things at my car and threaten to fight me

Update: her name is Lizette and I'm filing charges. Apparently they don't have to give you their name and this company protects their employees who like to fight costumers so now they only deserve 1 star

Omg this is an amazing shop! So worth it to drive from all the way from Woodland Hills. They have the best prices in LA for the best brands. I bought so many gifts for my family. They hooked me up with all the hookah supplies I needed... so many flavors and big packs as we go through so much so quickly!

This place has a great location, a few blocks from my office. I've been there a few times now for vape stuff. There seems to be a good selection of products and things seem reasonable priced. That said, there is one negative to this good store and it's the cashier with dread locks. He does not have a good attitude, is rude and I'm sure this business is losing money because of him. If he was having a bad day and negative towards customers once I can maybe understand but he's consistently like this every time I go there. I need vape pods today and will be going somewhere else downtown because of the guy with dread locks.
