Always have a good experience when ordering online or going in store. Front desk is ready to help and the guys out back get me loaded and on my way quickly. Deliveries are usually same day or next day and employees are extremely helpful and easy to work with.

Yesterday, Thursday august 29 I called the Red Barn to make an order, a delivery of products amounting to $250.. My time is precious to have almost everything I wanted to find a substitute. The last item was Purina ONE dog food that is over sixty dollars that would finish off my $250 for delivery.

Red Barn didn't have that product so trying to substitute wiht a young man getting on the phone wiht 'what can i do to help you' in a tone of of disapproval and demeaning. I made an attempt to substitute the dog food an dplace the order with his telling me she had not written down anyting in a demanding voice. He told me "to go to a vet for the chemicals" . I have no idea of what he was talking about with his slamming down the phone on a $259 order.

I typed online Tractor supply around the corner from me to have my delivery in thirty minuts with A SMILE AND NO CHARGE with yet four more deliveries to my credit as a customer. First time I had Tractor Supply deliver.
As far as my experience with red barn it is unsupportable by most professionals and intolerable customer service.

My alternative is TRACTOR SUPPLY and my hope is that Manufacturer Reps/dealers will take care of their customers in the future by adding my products to the shelf of TRACTOR SUPPLY.

Tractor Supply is consistent, respectful and one feels good all over with their customer care service.

I went here for the Propane which seems to be a separate business called Sheds and Propane. Door on right side. Call ahead to that business because they keep irregular hours. This place is like a local flavor smaller Tractor Supply with a good variety of that type stuff.

Don't ever buy a pair of boots here bought a pair got the wrong size wore them around for maybe an hr with tags still on were too big went to return them and was told they wouldn't accept them too much wear and tear they have leather soles I can still read the ariat they have a leather sole

Such a great and diverse feed store! Equine feed, pig, duck, cat, dog, chicken feed too! Baby chick's and ducks! Nice local honeys too- Super friendly staff!
