We are very grateful to this company. We went out of town and our pool turned this horrible green in a very short time. We went to our regular pool store that we’ve been going to forever and they took us through two rounds of hundreds of dollars in chemicals.
Frustrated and ready to give up we stopped in here to get a second opinion the owner happened to be there and she told us a different strategy which included a whole lot of straight chlorine and a new filter . Within hours, it was noticeable that we were on the right track. 36 hours later we have a clear blue pool. We appreciate their advice and knowledge on pools with well water .

Horrible company!!! Had to file a police report for destruction of my property. They broke my pool pump said they couldn't fix it (because owner didn't want to come look at it), so next clean service before I had a real professional come to fix pump they caused further damage. Owner was rude, sarcastic and just displayed the worst customer service imaginable. Beware of these predators

Good local store for chemicals and some pool repair stuff. If you can catch the owners in they’re very nice and knowledgeable and will help you get what you need and get your pool water in great shape.

Fired! Beware! We were willing to look past the fact that the owner was just arrested, it’s common knowledge and all over the news.but we are on vacation and the pool tech flipped a wrong switch, which emptied our spa. We are thousands of miles away, and they had a key to access our yard. They kept making excuses, including stating “ we won’t come out to fix your spa, there’s no way to get in, and we don’t want to deal with the dogs. Knowing that we are on vacation it’s common sense my dogs were in a boarding facility. And they had our key to access our yard and REFUSED to fix the fact that they flipped the wrong switch and emptied our spa… have fun in prison for your crimes!

I think Our pool equipment was installed by the this company in 2006.
I bought the home 2018 They did the pool service on and off. Hard to find a reliable pool company. They would install pool equipment with out asking me or telling me. I would see charges on my bill. $110.00 for a filter I can buy on Amazon for $50.00.
Today I go into the store asking them for a quote to install a motor for the pool. I text Noreen the owner a photo saying it was from me. she thought it was from her worker in the store. She text "I cannot open the Pics" "I HATE THIS CUSTOMER" I text back that i will now be a former customer. She text Back "LMFAO!" Wow This is how she treats her customers. WHAT A MISERIBLE PERSON. Is this a company you really what to do business with?
