Was hesitant to use because it is a chain/franchise setup, but wow, was pleasantly surprised!!! Margaret (Meg) Howard was an amazing pro and very polite and patient with my husband, who is 93, gave best advice on what would be the best hearing aid for him and took her time explaining everything and creating a specialized ear mold so the new hearing aids would fit his ear and eliminate "feedback sounds". I'm a pretty critical person but could find nothing to criticize; we were thrilled with the professionalism , kindness and knowledge of Meg Howard and recommend her wholeheartedly! Simply the best! Ten stars if possible !!!

Margaret Howard was my hearing aid specialist. She was very attentive and did a great job making sure my hearing aid was in perfect condition. I'm very pleased with the Loxahatchee's office and I will not hesitate to recommend it to my family and friends.

Meg is the BEST! I was very nervous getting hearing aids at my age. Meg was wonderful helping me through the process. She is very patient and knowledge. I would recommend her to anyone.

Meg was incredible. I received what I considered a very thorough examination, a detailed explanation of the product, and there was zero pressure to buy. This was one of the best, most professional examinations I have ever encountered. I haven’t purchased the product yet, so I can’t comment on that, but I definitely can recommend without any reservations my appointment process. It is my intent to use this company when I make my purchase.

My 1st appointment was with Tim & Lydia they were very professional and explained everything about hearing aids.
(this was the 1st time I ever used hearing aids, what a difference
they made, I never realized how many birds there are at my house). I believe they are now at the Wellington location,
Naomi & Meg are now at the Southern Blvd location, and they
are every bit as professional and helpful as Tim & Lydia.
Although I have had some small problems with my H/Aids
they have solved the problems quickly and in a timely manner.
If you have trouble hearing these are the people to see, follow their advice and you can't go wrong. Sometimes it's hard to find
great customer service these days, but they still believe in
quality. I can't thank them enough. Ken

I detest doing Google reviews! This particular site has obvious spam mixed in with their other reviews. Having said that, the lady I met yesterday is very nice and did a very thorough job trying to help me. But she was blocked by the unfortunate practice many audiologists have of not releasing access to the programs of whatever type of hearing aid they are attempting to sell so that other audiologists can help. Elite, the business my current hearing aids are from has moved out of my area, so I went to Hear Again America, but the nice lady there could not help. She is, however, very willing to sell me the brand of hearing aids she likes. So instead of being able to have my current aids adjusted, it seems likely I'll need to start over. Although I'm not happy about that, I will continue to deal with the folks at "HAA". (Hear Again America)

I have been coming to Audiology & Speech Pathology / A Division of Hear Again America, for about four years and I have to say that the service and attention has been exceptional. Tim has always been very professional and accommodating to my hearing needs. He takes the time to hear my concerns and come up with an efficient game plan. The office staff are also very pleasant and friendly, as well as very efficient and professional.

Great experience and staff is very kind. Space is clean. I met with an audiologist, Meg. ashe was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I didn’t get pressured to purchase anything and because it was merely a consultation I wasn’t charged.
