Not sure why I have to review again but my last review of expired products and not keeping stock of zero sugar gold peak tea, I can’t find it to follow up with but this store has issues and I will follow up more. It’s believed by a shopper of 3 plus years being myself that if one does their jobs they will see my complaints and I’ll document more as I can. Pay of employees is reflective of what goes on in this store. Do appreciate the step up in sushi department. Wasn’t a complaint originally but worth mentioning for the positive

Got a charcuterie board from the deli for my birthday and while everything tasted fresh, I feel I could have bought the ingredients in the store for less and thrown it on a plate. Maybe for the price throw in some crackers? Overall the food was delicious! I also got a custom Cannoli cake and that was AMAZING!

This is my favorite Publix, the deli counter is always polite, kind and work hard. Sophia and Otis are welcoming and make shopping here a pleasure.

This Publix is a dream! The layout is super easy to navigate, and the soft lighting is so relaxing. I love being able to use self-checkout, and the deli is always a highlight. The staff is always helpful and friendly, they know how to small talk .

This is literally the worst publix deli on planet Earth. I have never seen people move so slow. I came in to get a couple of chicken fingers for my kids lunch tomorrow. There’s two people working and moving slower than Nails and I literally stood here for 20 minutes while those two people waited on two people to get two chicken fingers and not for nothing every time I come in here it’s the same thing. It’s literally disgusting.

I could usually give Publix 5 stars, but today wasn't the case. I stopped by to grab a Quick Bite and was disappointed.
The problem I encountered was that they were completely out of potato wedges in the deli, and I wanted to order a tenders quick bite. I've had another location give me a different side item if they were out of wedges.
Not this location, the deli manager Savanah wouldn't allow it. (Absolutely no substitutions, even if we're out of wedges.)
The store was pretty much clean and organized. I didn't use the restroom, so i can't comment on that.

It's nice to see self checkout registers. I purchased two items, and the transaction probably was one minute to scan and pay.

For the people who are always complaining about the self checkout registers.

You don't have to use them, and you're probably going to need a bagger because you have a full cart anyway.

Use a regular register if you need someone bagging your groceries and helping you put them in your vehicle.

They're not taking jobs from people.

They take up the space for two normal registers, and there's usually two employees helping out in that section.

Imagine if the four people checking out there was in front of you at one register. (You'd be complaining that there aren't enough workers.)

And the 3 tenders I ate were awesome.

I ordered a cake with enough notice. This morning they called and went over my order. I specifically told them I want a pink cake with funfetti inside. And I got vanilla cake with peach frosting. This is crappy. This is supposed to be for my nieces bday party. Now she is stuck with no birthday cake.

This is the 2nd time it’s happened to us. Figured I would give them a 2nd chance. Never again.

Unprofessional and rude... The gentleman did not want to make me a sandwich until another lady asked if I've been helped and then he walked over. He did not interact with me just shook his head. A complete other instance I was overcharged for a can of beans and the lady did not follow the policy and give me the can of beans it was marked at $0.79 I was charged $2.99
