Purchased an appliance through Home depot. I purchased installation with the appliance. The person who delivered the product signed it over to a person with a disability while I was still on the property refused to return phone calls, did not complete installation and had read receipts of my text messages while I was trying to contact him. All within a 10 minute span. Shame on home depot for contracting with this company.

If you had an appliance delivered by Ralph's you can call and have it picked back up in 48hrs. Let them know that the delivery was horrible, they had no idea how to install the appliance and they had a VERY bad attitude. You can explain to your salesperson that you will refuse any delivery from Ralph's. There are good delivery and install people out there just ask DO NOT SETTLE FOR THE WORST

If I could give this company negative stars, I would. they came to deliver Home Depot appliances and the dryer was broken. they took everything back to be delivered the following week. I called on Tuesday to confirm an actual date, Saturday was the new delivery date. We then changed our move-in date (we have 2 boys, can't live without a fridge with them) to Saturday. Friday afternoon I called them, at first they said oh you have your fridge and washer crated in your garage, that's what the notes say. NO, I do not! I have nothing in my garage, that's the reason I'm calling. Then they told me that no, we were not on the schedule for saturday because the dryer didn't come in. (WITHOUT CALLING ME AT ALL TO LET ME KNOW) she said Tuesday is the next available date, and I plead with her to add me to the schedule for the next day, for me to talk to a manager right away, this was unacceptable and I needed at least the fridge, she said a manager would call me Monday morning, to have a good day, and hung up in my face. Monday my husband called them to confirm a tuesday appointment, and they said that no, I have here in the notes that your wife was very upset and didn't confirm Tuesday ( when? after you hung up on me? when the "manager" took my call? (which NEVER happened, and I never got a call Monday morning.)) We ended up buying a fridge for the meantime because this was just unbelievable. I called Tuesday afternoon to confirm the Wednesday delivery service and asked for a manager right away and was put on hold for about 25 minutes before I hung up when I got their automatic phone call.

Fast forward to delivery date: deliverymen arrived, at their perfect time, and as I'm waiting for them to install my appliances, one of them say "ma'am, your dryer isn't here". HERE WE GO AGAIN... not even a phone call to state my dryer didn't come in STILL!!! So the deliveryman called Ralph's, and they said it was on back order, and they don't have a date. Interesting enough, when you put in an order online, it will be delivered Monday, not on back order. So I called Home Depot instead of dealing with this horrendous company, and they called Ralphs and told me the truth. "No, your product is not on back order, the delivery date is the upcoming week." Let's see if they will ever deliver my dryer, and if a manager will actually answer the phone, or if any associate will actually communicate changes to their customers, as every decent company should.

I purchased a microwave and dishwasher from Home Depot which used Ralph's Transfer for installation. Staff was friendly and quick, too quick. They installed the dishwasher not level and bent the bottom frame in order to force it into place. They could have taken the time to remove the offending tile or to at least inform me of the issue. Instead they just "get er done" and rush me to sign the release.

I received a follow-up survey call in which I expressed my disappointment. I missed a call from them after the survey call. I return the call, the young lady which took my call was completely unhelpful. My call was obviously an inconvenience to her. She hung up on me after about five minutes. I don't think I gave her any reason to do that.

You probably have no choice if you're using Home Depot, but if you can, avoid them.

Unfortunately, HomeDepot uses this company for appliance delivery. Horrible experience. Super bad attitude towards customers, argumentative, and refused to delivery because he did not want to park farther down the street, or across the street. No prior communication of the truck size or parking needs to try to accommodate him/them.

Was contacted the night prior about my delivery the next day. I have a voicemail and called back to confirm and was told my 4 hour window was 11-3. I took the time off of work to be there during that window. Come 2:15 I hadn’t heard anything from the delivery people and was told they call you 30 minutes prior to arrival. I called the office and a rude manager claimed my window was 12-4. Luckily I had saved the voicemail from the day before and said I’m happy to send it to her to show her she is wrong seeing as how she was accusing me that I was wrong. I told her I can’t stay after 3 pm and that for my wasted 4 hours time and having to reschedule again that I would like a credit or money returned. She said they offer nothing of the sort and will only reschedule for another 4 hour window. They have zero regard for your time, have no repercussions when they don’t hold up there end of the bargain, and the manager was rude. To be honest though, I can see why she is rude because she is probably yelled at all the time by unhappy people. I get that things can happen but no one was letting me know of any changes and they are not sorry about you losing your time or work. Would never use them ever ever ever again.

My experience with this company was a complete nightmare. They were supposed to deliver and install a dishwasher purchased from home depot, but they stopped installing before they were finished, and just left. the dishwasher would not turn on, they made absolutely zero effort to see why, and just decided to leave. if you are going to purchase any appliances from home depot, make sure you let them know you REFUSE to work with ralphs transfer. if you purchase from somewhere else, make sure you ask if they do delivery and install themselves, or if its going to be a third party. if third party, make sure they know you will not allow them to use ralphs transfer. their delivery wokers are some of the nastiest rudest people i've ever met in my life and they certainly have no care for the quality of their work.

Make sure that you check with your local Home Depot concerning who will be delivering your purchase. If it is this company, refuse them. This was the most disgusting experience I have ever had with anyone. Home Depot says that delivery is "free", well you get what you pay for. Terrible.
