I hate giving bad reviews. But I rented 2 units. 1 I still have. I was sold at a specific rate as an early customer in a new facility. After a few months they doubled my monthly rate stating market rate when that wasn't the agreement I made at the start. Of course the guy who made the deal with me isn't there and they refuse to contact him to confirm. Scam. This place is a bad addition to our neighborhood. Bad fit for our community. Stay away.

Prime Storage is reasonably priced, clean, well lit, and secure. The manager, Ruben, was great to deal with. He gave me a brief tour of the facility and showed me the process for access. Reserving a unit and completing the paperwork was quick. The prices are comparable or lower than competitors in the area.
