Owner was nice and greeted me when I first walked in. The store has at a great location; it's neat and organized on the inside; great parking and a nice place to shop for any kind of hair products!

I've had a OKAY experience here customer service wise, but I got the hair bundle and the hair is NOT good. Purple shampoo stained it pink! Real hair does not do this. I gently toned it with a semi and now it's frizzy. Does not STOP shedding, the last 6" are absolutely thin and ratty. I've had it for less a few DAYS! I'm probably going to cut it off to get it even look ok.

I still have the 24" pack leftover but really I feel like I'm owed a replacement on the 28" as almost half of them are so thin and ratty. Thank God I didn't do the entire head with the toning shampoo or they'd all be ruined. I'm a licensed cosmetologist so it's not like I don't know how to.

Don't waste your money on the hair behind the counter. I've spent over $400 here this week and highly regret it.

I highly recommend this business. Their customer service is second to none. The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time.Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilledwith making sure i have everything i need. I was completely impressed with both Fazio and Muhammad professionalism and customer service. The ambiance here is always inviting and comfortable. This is my go-to place for my lip gloss..
