"Fantastic Experience with Spas Etc Hot Tub Company!"

I recently purchased a hot tub from Spas Etc, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience! From the moment I walked into their showroom, I was greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff who took the time to answer all my questions. They helped me choose the perfect hot tub to fit my needs and budget, and even offered suggestions on maintenance and accessories.

The delivery and installation process was smooth and efficient. The team was professional, ensuring everything was set up perfectly in my backyard, and they took the time to walk me through how to properly operate and care for my new hot tub.

The quality of the hot tub itself is exceptional – it's incredibly durable, comfortable, and provides the ultimate relaxation experience. The jets are strong, the water heats up quickly, and it has exceeded all my expectations!

Thinking about a pool or spa?

We researched pools vs spa’s. In the end the pool was triple or more the price. Can only use it certain times a year. More $$ in maintenance and if ww sold the house we may or may not get a return. Also all the hassle of 12 weeks of installation was a factor.

We looked at spa’s and felt that Hot Springs was one of the best choices. We went to Spa’s etc and the team there really helped us make a decision. They did not just push product. They had us try out several models. They were very knowledgeable about all the questions we had.

Decision: we chose a Prism spa since is was the largest and closest to a pool we were able to get. When talking about pricing , delivery and electrical hook-up the process was smooth.

Things to consider:
Stereo speakers (get them) we were able to stream our tv to the tub.
Cool-zone: get it if you want to sit in the hot days in reasonable cool water making it a year round option.

Towel rack: nice to have as we were able to hang the towels for easy drying when exiting the tub

Installation: we purchased on Sunday and they got us installed by the next Friday. The big key to why to buy from here lies in the installation was white glove, smooth and any little detail was covered. All the staff were professional and were very knowledgeable. So extremely happy with the hole process.

So we got most of the pool amenities for significantly less $$ and were done in a week. Finally if we move. We can take it with us.

I bought my Hot Springs Jetsetter in 2017 and have been very pleased with the service. I recently upgraded after 7 years to a newer salt based system. Highly recommend both Spas Etc and Hot Springs Spas.

My husband and I purchased a Hot Tub from Spas Etc right before Christmas. The entire staff was so nice and really knew their stuff. The helped us decide which model would be best for our needs. We have enjoyed EVERY day with our Tub!! And the after sale service has been great!! They are always available to answer our questions and were very quick to come back out to trouble shoot one of our lights (easy fix btw). I want to give a big shout out to Stacy and Dan who helped us decide - Kevin and Malcolm who did our install (right before Christmas) and Kevin (2) who came out to fix our light!! Everyone has been wonderful - really nice experience!!

DO not hesitate to buy a Hot Springs Spa. PLEASE come here before you buy any other hot tub! The Hot Springs Spa is so far superior in technology, cleaning systems and options. We bought a hot tub from a spa company in Orlando and it didn't work at all. I was very lucky that they took the hot tub back. Do not make the mistake I made and go anywhere else for your Hot Tub. Bring your swim suit so you can get in the spa. I had the BEST experience I have ever had buying a Hot Springs Spa from Spas Etc. From the phone call to walking into the store. The team took such great care of me. Once the decision was done (I bought a salt water system from two choices both excellent) I was blown away by the amount of time the team spent with me at my home showing me how to use the hot tub. The training session takes a long time like an hour or more because they are so thorough! Its really unbelievable how thorough they are. I would highly recommend filming the training session (I wish I had). We bought the Blue Tooth Speakers and the Ace Salt Water System and we are so happy with the technology. Push a button to "clean" after getting out. Highly recommend the Ace Salt Water System. Your skin will feel soft. If you go to another hot tub store and than you come here you will see the difference in technology and in quality. NO Comparison. Your in amazing hands with the entire team at Spas ETC. Unbelievable team of people who care about you! Update 3/27/23 absolutely great service again from Tyler!!

If you are in the market for a spa - GO TO SPAS ETC - I cannot say it fast enough. Stacey is outstanding and worked with us to (fortunately) be able to get our spa quickly - any buying experience is effortless when you have someone that is as knowledgeable as Stacey - to boot, the delivery and installer team were excellent! Stacey gave a recommendation for an electrician (who was great), and made sure we got the perfect spa!
