I have supported Hoop Culture in many facets. From personal gear for myself to stuff for my family, and as a coach for my teams. I can honestly say I have yet to be disappointed and never will be. Their service is first class and personal. The turn around times are often hard to control in this industry, but somehow Hoop Culture finds a way to over deliver every time! Mike and his team are outstanding & the design and quality of the the apparel and accessories are phenomenal! I can’t wait to get more gear for Christmas!

The item that I ordered was perfect!!! My main dissatisfaction was with the lack of communication regarding the shipping process and the time it took to be delivered. I understand that it's the holidays, but not sure why an item has to sit for 2 days after the shipping process has already begun. Once again, the hoodie was perfect, I just hope next time there is better communication and the shipping time is honored.

Love the shirts and the sets they have to offer. Sizes run true to size and don't have those stretched out wide neck openings like a lot of other brands. Only thing remotely negative would be the shipping time frame. Takes about 3 weeks unless you wanna upgrade and pay more to get things faster but, that still doesn't take away from the quality of the products. So I'm still a 5 star customer reviewer!

These guys are fantastic! Have ordered from them multiple times and their products are great! I had placed an order for a special limited item for my son's birthday and didn't realize it takes a bit longer to ship. Realizing after that I may not have it by his birthday I called and explained the situation. They made sure I got it BY HIS BIRTHDAY and!!!! even sent a special personalized note from them all. Top notch service!! Great people!! Very happy customer.

This company was contracted to provide jerseys for my son's AAU basketball team. We ordered the jerseys in March, and as of today (7/27/22) they still have not arrived. Our season is over in two weeks. The company refuses to timely issue refunds despite many, many requests over the course of the last two months. Parents have now been forced to file credit card disputes to get our money back. I like their clothing, but their customer service is absolutely terrible. If you're ordering for a team, good luck actually getting your order.

Order lots of things in the past from Hoop Culture. Seems like they are selling items that they don’t even have in stock. Been over a 2 weeks and no order shipped. Then said order will ship out on Monday or Tuesday never did. Then stated Thursday or Friday and never did. Then finally a tracking number was given and nothing has shipped. Just created a shipping label to act like order went out. SMH.

I’ve been ordering clothes for awhile for my boyfriend of course, but I love the site! Only thing that could be improved is the order updates. I had ordered a shirt and it took about a month to come in and didn’t have any updates about the shipping whatsoever. But overall love everything Hoop Culture is about!
