I broke 4 curio glass. shelves and had I that didn't break ..I brought the unbroken glass shelf and less than 3 days I got my curio glass shelves replaced...

We purchased a shower glass enclosure 8/2/21 for a house we were selling. Took 8-10 weeks to receive & then a few weeks before installing. Installation went fine. We paid them in full. Shower was never used prior to Feb, 2022 when a home inspection was performed for a potential buyer & found leak near bottom where glass pieces joined. Called Tammie (owner) & she indicated she couldn't get to it until the following week. Weeks passed by - no call to us as to why no-show, or to reschedule. We have made numerous calls, with them giving us promised times & dates to come. We would go to house each time & wait - them never calling or showing up! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!! This process has been on-going for months, with no success. Our attorney made 2 calls to them the week of 6/6/22 to rectify this issue and they promised to contact us by the end of the week or beginning of week 6/13. It is now past that date & no one has called, or attempted to resolve this issue. AGAIN, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This place reinstalled a shower glass enclosure for our family house, it’s for sale (& empty) so the shower hasn’t been used. Inspector came, found a leak coming from that glass enclosure. For MONTHS our family has tried to get these people to come back & complete the work they did. We’ve scheduled & was promised MULTIPLE dates & times for their employees to arrive…however on ALL occasions, no one has showed, without even a phone call. Terrible customer service. And as far as I’m concerned, terrible work. And as I see from previous reviews, this isn’t the first.

Tammy and Ron are great to work with and easy to communicate with for scheduling. Their materials and Installs are second to none.

The gentleman that does the actual work was very knowledgeable and friendly. However, the person in the front office with the doors locked said they could not do that type of work even though the gentleman said it would be no problem. I do not recommend this place I don’t know how she could still be in business with her attitude.

We called Custom Glass to give them measurements of our 4 tables, not only were they ready when we arrived ,but they stayed open until we got there. They told my husband they aren't accepting walk-ins anymore - appt. only. Need to change signs and put signs on the doors so people aren't wasting time trying to get someone to open the door. Update your hours of operation and service availability!

Replaced a piece of glass for me that fit in the door of my china cabinet. They did a wonderful job. Perfect fit, quality glass, friendly people, and completed piece when promised. Good people.
