What a delight to walk into this 'sisterly' owned jewelry store! Rachel's and Chelsea's Milestone Gems had come highly recommended; they did not disappoint!
In our lives of big box stores and customer 'no service', Milestone Gems is a breath of fresh air.
Greeted immediately upon my arrival, Chelsea's smile was accompanied by her jeweler's expertise! She made recommendations for my broken prongs and missing diamonds while making sure that I understood the options every step of the way. I walked out of there with the knowledge that my wedding set was in the right hands.
With a quick turnaround, I returned for my set. All I can say is gorgeous! Beautifully restored, it was perfection!
To use a cliche', I also met the other half of this 'dynamic duo'. Rachel was 'in the house' and so complemented her sister, Chelsea, in personality, service and expertise!
If you yearn for the days of working with people who really care, Milestone should be at the top of your list; they really are a gem!

I had my wedding ring resized after not being able to wear for years. They did a wonderful job and it was priced fairly.

I met Rachel at the Longwood Farmers Market at her stand with earrings and more and I asked about changing out my watch bands. She told me their store was close by so I popped over and within minutes my watch was completely transformed! Chelsea helped me pick out the perfect one. Their prices are extremely reasonable, they do fast and reliable work- what more could you ask for? Go support them for your jewelry and watch needs!

New Customer here. I took in a necklace to be repaired and was very warmly greeted by Rachel. She took the time to talk to me about my piece and advised on the best procedure for the repair. Finding a jewelry store/repair shop is my newest treasure. Great job ladies !
