Do not order from these people unless you want to be ripped off. This was the third time I ordered from them their orders was always like a month late I live an hour and a half from their shop. This time I received a defect of Mod They will not answer their phone I have filled out their forms 13 times no response people they know what they're doing they're trying to keep you waiting it out so the bank won't dispute it. Well I called the state's attorney's office i'm not the only one so for everyone that lives in Florida please call the states attorneys office if they have not given you a refund they need to put on their website no refunds no exchanges this is a felony in the state of Florida but I'm sure they're smart enough to know that they might want to contact their attorney. But people they are going to up build a case there has been too many complaints they're stating. These people have no intentions of contacting you if you ask or try to get a refund i'm going to have to drive down there and be escorted with the local sheriff's I guess because I'm sure they're going to say something smart. so people please stick together we gripe about giving homeless people money they may drink they may buy drugs but we give crooks like these people are hard working money their intentions every day is to steal con and rip you off why do you think your orders are so late the more your money sets the more they can do with it the more interest plus beware of their little brand juices rumor has it changing out bottles reissue and dates contaminated I don't know that's all over the Internet you all have to check that out yourself but you'll be able to find it same way I did trying to figure out how to contact these people what a joke and it's definitely was on me fully taken advantage of my crooks

Did a google search for a specific type of kratom and this was the first result. Found out their prices were so much lower than literally everywhere else! Definitely worth checking out. The pricing was really unbelievable! Definitely going to be a repeat customer

Love this place!!! My boyfriend and I found reviews on YouTube for Budget so we decided to place an order online. Every juice we ordered was phenomenal! Every since we have pretty much placed an order online about every 2 weeks (we vape A LOT) for at least 8-10 bottles. Every order we place we have picked 1 or 2 new flavors that we have not tried and have not been disappointed. We definitely recommend budget to others.

I have been doing business with Budget Vapors and John now for nearly 6 months. I have not had the chance to actually stop in at the shop, but I have done a lot of business online with Budget Vapors. From my first order the company has been nothing but outstanding!! Great eliquids at an out of this world affordable price!! I have numerous flavors of theirs that I keep on hand because they are that damn good!! I would and do recommend this company to everyone!! Absolutely the best customer service hands down!!!

BEST MOD AND JUICE PRICES AROUND! The new lounge is awesome too and very welcoming. Everyone in the shop is very knowledgable about the mods, battery, and juices. So if you are looking for great customer service, a welcoming atmosphere, and to save a couple bucks this is the place to go.

What a GREAT shop!! They were my 4th stop of the day and I was ready to give up...BUT...Zach turned around my whole day! FINALLY a local shop that isn’t marking up prices 30-50% of those found online! AND....they have an AWESOME selection! Different brands, styles, makes and colors of each kind of mod! They also have a HUGE selection of juices as well as CBD. I want to give my sincere thanks to Zach who helped me select my new mod by answering all my questions with outstanding service and product knowledge. He was polite, helpful, humorous and an overall great salesman...it was like talking to a friend! As a 20+ yr veteran in retail management it is refreshing to get such great service and I feel it’s important to praise those in a field with a dying work & service ethic for being exceptional. They have my business for as long as they are in business! I highly recommend checking them out for all your vape needs!

I too have placed an order where my product acceptance is pending at the post office. Did not review the company before or during which I now regret. No phone number. Have the owner below disputing they're the same store although the website is the same. Sent into customer service request asking where my product is with no answer. About to contact the Better Business Bureau and of course ask my bank to refund me the money based on fraud if I don't hear back soon

Edit. Just got a response that the Internet site is a separate business entity. However it's the same owner is it not? I would assume the owner wants the customers taken care of does he or she not? You guys share a website. It's right here on the Google Business information. Instead of coming up with excuses maybe you can do a little work and find my package
