Worst customer service i have EVER had!!! Line took forever and after all that they would not even let me pick up an order my wife put in just this morning…
We have the same last name and this is not nuclear launch codes i mean come on…its school clothes for a four year old. 😒

I love the online store which is why I gave 3 starts Otherwise the place at Altamonte mall would have earned it a one star review. The altamonte mall customer service has really gone down hill. I called trying to see if they had a size of shorts in my toddler’s size and was given the response well your husband can look when he gets here. Like really? You can’t take a look and check like every other store and offer to put it on a temporary hold while he is on his way like other stores. Then when he gets to the store, and shows them ready pick up order of 4 items, they hand him 1. What am I suppose to do with 1 pair of shorts? If you checked the order to be ready, you should have notified me like Target that there was only 1 that could be picked up not 4: What happened to helpful customer service?

I was never received such poor customer service at this location. On 06/4/22 I walked into the store to exchange a pair of shorts which were too small for my daughter. I was told it would be fine to make exchange without the receipt. However the store didn't the same pair of shorts but I could get another pair as long as it was the same price. I was told I had to confirm with the manager (Robert) first. Robert was very rude at first but he said it was okay. I just brushed the first interaction off because because he was busy and there were children running around screaming. I collected more item and began to check out and cashiering stated she was having issues with the refund so she stated she needed help. Robert was very set up, he had to come from the back to assist her and he told me he could no longer accommodate my exchange since the item is on sale now. Robert's tone was very disrespectful. The cashier did everything she could to try to assist me with issue.
The cashier turned to Robert and ask what can we do her since the wrong information was provided to her. He replied rudely nothing. Then me and Robert began to exchange words about his attitude. I told I had no problem arguing with him since he wanted to he rude and I was going to report him to corporate. He stated he didn't care. Both of cashier stated he has done exchange like that before and know what the problem was. This issue need to be addressed with him. I would never step foot back into that store.

Be careful when making any purchases at this stores, their policies are in a very tiny letter, so f you don’t have paper receipts. No returns. No credits or exchanges. Thank you.

Purchased some clothes for my daughter online before Christmas. Website stated that if you signed up for their credit card you would get an additional 30% off your order so I did. Then it stated you had to pay with that credit card once approved and the 30% will then come off the bill. Needless to say it never did. I tried emailing customer support TWICE with no response. Finally I called to speak with someone who did not speak great English. She tried telling me that the 30% off coupon would come in my email 24 hours later to be used. It never did. So now I signed up for their card for no reason, they claim they can't issue that 30% on my current order and now I have to place an additional order to use it. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Worst customer service and manager Eliza , tryed to do a exchange with a receipt from that store from 1 week ago and refused to do exchange because she couldn’t do it through her system she says and i asked what do you do when a person. doesn’t gave a receipt she was rude and stood there with a grin on her face, i have never never experienced anything like this , don’t shop there they refuse to do a exchange with a receipt from there store and they stand there with a attitude and treat you like terrible i will be contacting the district manager and corporate which she wouldn’t find me her manager name please don’t shop there, What they did to me is stealing from the consumer

I would give a zero star if I can. I ordered clothes online and I noticed the address was wrong so I called the customer service to see if they can change the address for me. This lady said she can cancel the order for me and the order was cancelled, she told me to replace another order so I did. Eventually they double charged me and don’t want to deal with my refund and the customer service was very unprofessional. I called them 3 times with 3 different people and they gave me 3 different answers. I will never purchase anything from them ever.
