This is a busy place. I would recommend setting an appointment instead of walking in, if possible. I had two tire sensors replaced and the price was reasonable compared with dealers and nearby tire shops. The mangers were very customer service oriented and pleasant.

I wanted to share my experience with Rob and his Manager at Tires plus. My wife's Tire blew out on her on the side of the road. She had somewhere she had to be so I met up with her and pulled her tire off the van and called tires plus, they said bring it down and they'll take care of me. They had me out of there within 20 minutes and did a great job I'm mounting and balancing the tire. Rob and the crew there are very friendly and extremely helpful and they also give very fast service while doing all that. Thanks for saving the day guys!

I only come to this location specifically because they've always done a fantastic job for me and my family. Always helpful, professional, and great at what they do. I would score an 11 if I could. This location has made me a Tires Plus client for life, will be coming here for years to come.

Jessica and Joe were phenomenal! I had an emergency with my tire getting a nail in it and came right away to the shop 15 min before closing time at 7pm. They both were incredibly gracious, and handled it smoothly and without any sort of negative expressions when about to wrap up for the day. I’ve met folks who don’t have that kind of relational understanding and thereby deter clients. I’d want them in my corner if I wasn’t around the shop; and if I were an employer, I would make sure I paid whatever I could to keep them around. That’s how good their handling of the situation was. We usually receive great service at this Tires Plus location . But this week not so much. They were obviously short staffed.
I dropped my car off on Tues morning with a nail in my tire. After work (almost 7pm), it still wasn't ready. Was told they would order a new tire and have it ready by lunchtime on Wed. Went back after lunch and I still had to wait another 30 min+ before it was finished.

I wasn't mad at them, more frustrated. Be honest with the customer about how long it will take. The owners need to try harder to staff the garage adequately...although I realize that has been a challenge since Covid. The Manager did give me discounts for my long wait, so I am happy now.

Sorry that this couldn't be a nicer review. Hopefully, next time will be better.

I am a permanent customer of the Longwood Tires Plus locations in Florida. I'm unsure what's happening because this used to be the best one around. Unfortunately, that is not my experience anylonger. I made an appointment Saturday 23rd at 9:00 am and when I got here the receptionist seemed pretty stressed/frustrated told me that she didn't guarantee me that on 3 hrs (waiting in) they'll be able to do my oil, alignment, rotation of my car. I had another appointment to go at noon so I told her that I was leaving then. (She said "the manager decided to overbook appointments, and I have 4 at 8 a.m. with 3 technicians and now you are the 9 am"). Fast forward and I made another try appointment for today (Nov 30th at 12 pm) got here at 11:45 am yet the car didn't got pulled in until 1:15 pm because I asked if it was going to get serviced today.

I don't mind waiting for my car (and actually live by myself and don't have any other option either) but please stop wasting customers time and be upfront. I think today she didn't said anything when I got here because I stated my experience the previous weekend but not been upfront isn't the resolution either. The correct method is if you're shorthanded, don't schedule for it or yet don't overschedule customers.

Please check what's happening at your business. I'm now unsure of ever coming back here even though my tires, alignment, rotation, etc is from here.

I made an 11 am appt for an oil change. When I arrived, the gentleman behind the counter said that he'd have to be honest, that there is one guy back there and it will be 2 to 3 hours. You could have let me know and not waste a customers time.

Terrible service terrible time management. Car was supposed to be ready by noon. I call them to find out what the status of my vehicle is and they said it was ready. I pull up and the car is still on the lift and they said it would be five minutes. They made us wait 30 minutes. Terrible. If I could give them 0 stars I would
