Had a great experience at Grease Pro Car and Truck Sales in Lynn Haven. From the first verbal contact on the phone through the whole buying process. Andrew took such great care of us making the whole experience so simple and quick. All vehicles were fairly priced and very clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Great experience. Very transparent. I live 2 hours away and the vehicle I was looking at had an issue and they repaired it same day with a warranty on their work for the sale. They even let me view the part in need of repair to show me the issue firsthand. I never felt like I was being swindled at any point in negotiation, and the dealership was clean and the salesman (ask for Andrew) was very nice and understanding.

2/13/25 edit: When I looked at the vehicle, the AC was not blowing cold. They were willing to diagnose and fix the issue for the sale which in theory is great customer service. They dye and leak tested the AC system and found the compressor leaking which they replaced and gave a 1 month warranty on their work. Being the cold winter months, I did not use the AC much, but just out of the warranty on their repair, the AC stopped blowing cold again. I am a technician so I got my car on a lift and very easily found the issue. The rubber discharge line, which is directly connected to the AC compressor they just replaced was cracked, brittle, and leaking in multiples locations due to the cracks. They would have absolutely seen this issue when removing said faulty line for replacing the compressor, but failed to mention or remedy this issue, and gave such a short warranty that it still covers their interests. I am now having to pay for the part, expedited shipping, refrigerant, oil, and my own labor to fix an issue they 100% knew about. Had I not been doing my own labor, this would be a very expensive bill- one that could have been easily and cheaply remedied AT THE TIME of compressor replacement. Overall, my good experience with them I feel is now unclear, as this feels dishonest and of poor workmanship. I cannot tell with certainty if it was intentional, but any technician or normal person would have seen this leak, especially when replacing a component that directly attaches inches away from this faulty hose.

I went truck shopping with my son for his first car purchase. Jeremiah was AWESOME!! Jeremiah did not put any pressure on us to look at or purchase anything. He asked if we were interested in anything specific and my son told him trucks. We were welcome to look at or drive anything on the lot. Jeremiah took great care of my son. I contacted the sales manger Andrew once I saw this truck. He listened to my personal circumstances and what I wanted and was trying to do, he immediately then gave me honest advice on which step would be beneficial for me. As I took his advice and saw the results I knew this sales rep Andrew was all about customer satisfaction not just selling a car as fast as possible by any means necessary. This in turn did end up being a swift sale. Once Andrew knew I was serious about the purchase of this vehicle, he stood true to selling it to me and no one else. Thru the whole process and even until now after sale, he is going g to bat for me making sure I have everything I need and everything the vehicle needs no questions asked. Having a sales manager leading the way like Andrew at grease pro is a huge asset for their dealership. Word will continue to get around that this is an honest thorough motivated salesman and dealership as this is how he trains the whole staff.
