Y’all this was the best Customer Service Ever!!! I had been struggling with finding a car..I went to three dealerships before I cane here! When I tell you they went above and beyond honey! I left there in tears!!! Happy tears! My original car had a recall on it from kia.. A 2015 optima! They refused to fix it! Joe Helped me to sort all of it out! And put me in a great car!! Truly a blessing!! They were so nice ! From the receptionist to the seller!! Y’all make sure y’all go see Joe, Amber, and Anas! They were awesome! They made the process so easy! And they even had empathy! Which is unheard of from a dealership!I hugged all there necks before I left! Whew! God is good! No more cutting off at the light, or clanking up the highway!! Thank you Joe and Amber!!

The entire staff from the sales manager tow the finance time to the service manager were all extremely nice and so
willing to try and help us. Even though our credit is severely challenged they treated with respect, dignity and a willingness to help. Only reason why it's not a 5 star review is we did have an issue with the vehicle driving it home, But Phillip the service manager went beyond what was necessary to get it fix and back to us. Our sales lady Amber and the finance team including Francesca also were amazing.vif you are like us with troubled credit and not a lot for down payment PLEASE see those folks. They will help

Absolutely amazing!!!! I love the sales lady’s there. They worked so well with me and my boyfriend to get into a car with only so little down.! Definitely 10/10 recommend if you’re coming here for your first car.

This is the WORST car lot in Panama/lynn haven area. They overcharge for vehicles and don’t inspect them whenever they get traded in. September I got a car for $3100 down and 600 a month and in October the brakes went out, shortly after getting them fixed a month later in November the breaks went out again and they couldn’t get me in until January but still expected me to pay the car note. Now fast forward to January the tire tilted and went under the car so now it’s in the side of the road and says they don’t have a tow truck to come get it but yet again, they expect me to pay for it. I would give negative stars if I could I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Uodated review, BIG shoutout to Sarah Martin and the service staff here at Byrider! She is so auto service Savvy, knows so much about what needs to be done and what is going on within a cars system. The service guys were great too and very professional, they got my issue taken vare of in a timely manner.

Great staff, very friendly, not pushy. Most helpful. Got me in a car same day.
