I debated posting this simply because I had a relationship with Williams but I feel that the locals of Lynn Haven need this report. I was a client of the woman who owns this business for 2.5 years. The first couple times she groomed my cat were fine. He’d also been groomed his entire life by other businesses in my home state with no problem. In 2024 I started noticing two things, that she was careless when trimming nails and would cut too far down, and, every time I picked up my cat from her, he had peed in his carrier. To help the issue, I began trimming his nails at home first and I let her know that it was a haircut only but I couldn’t shake the feeling that maybe he wasn’t in a safe environment and his stress response was to urinate on himself. If you have a cat you’ll understand that cats are very clean animals typically and do not make a habit of urinating on themselves or in their crates or beds. Urinating this way is a fear response and should not be ignored if it’s happening only in the presence of someone specific.

In January of this year I took him once more for a haircut. When I got the owner on the phone she told me she had “nicked” him in one spot. She said it wasn’t bleeding and she had glued over it. No big deal she said. After picking him up I checked him and found two large and deep gashes that needed stitches and one paw completely mutilated. No other paw had even been trimmed other than the one paw in the photos. His injuries became infected and he needed medical care. My cat was completely traumatized and exhibited multiple signs of abuse. It took him a week to return to his normal self. There are other people on this thread with similar claims. I’ll reiterate what another person said below… If you need a sign not to go here, this is it. I don’t know what’s going on there when we leave our animals but I know one thing for certain, he was maimed and returned to me displaying signs of trauma. Will never return or speak to this business again.

!!PLEASE READ!! I have been taking Boomer (male Chinese Crested) to Williams for around 1 1/2 years. I had been taking him to 2 other groomers prior. Boomer can be very timid as he naturally does not immediately trust ANYONE and rightfully so these days. Many local groomers have young immature individuals that DO NOT know how to cut and trim a Chinese Crested ignoring the pet owner's advice and style requests. The breed is naturally gentle and that is what makes them companion pets. I recently took Boomer to another groomer to have a back up and to see their performance. Boomer ended up with a toenail on each front paw broken OFF (not into the nail bed quick) with all others NOT TRIMMED! I took "Boom" back to Williams this A.M. and to my shock he tried to jump out of my automobile once he arrived! Pets react positively around nice places! He has been very happy today. Took our dog in to be groomed for the 2nd time. The first time a few months ago she did a phenomenal job. This time I showed up to pick him up and he is shaved down to a #1 or #2 guard. This will take 1+ year to grow back, not to mention a double coated dog will have problems growing the fur back due to his undercoat growing faster than the guard hairs. My poor dog doesn't look the same anymore.

Phenomenal job!! Brought our cat in today, he is 14, and needed to be shaved. He has been having a hard time grooming himself. He is so happy not being matted up and purred the whole drive home. Thankful for this Pet parlor, what an amazing job. We will definitely be back 🐱❤️

I have been taking my dog to Tina Williams since 2017 and I have never been let down. I truly have never had a problem or concern. My Penny looks beautiful every time! Also, her place is cute and inviting. Thank you Tina!

My mom took her Shih Tzu Missy to get a wash and cut. Upon picking her up she found the they had cut so short. This is the worst groom she has ever gotten. Will not be using them again. So disappointed.

Took my two dogs here . Their 1st time going to the groomers. They Look and smell great. Plus I love the location . Will be using again.

Fast forward... I am editing my review. I have been using them for a while now. She is great with My German Shepard .I only use this place .she is super fast and very friendly. We are loyal customers!

Mrs. Williams was the sweetest and she took my dog in the same day and had her ready in an hour! My dog smelled so clean and she looked great! I definitely recommend Willams!
