Second time coming in and I’ve had amazing customer service each time. The store itself is stocked with a lot of trending supplies needed for nail techs and they even have stuff for other beauty industries. They’re also super open to knowing what other supplies we as beauty providers use which is awesome. Very clean inside and organized. This is the go to restock on some of your necessities.

The very first time I went to The Nail Lab, the store was very understocked, and it was too dark in the store. Not to mention that the person working didn't seem helpful or friendly. Boy, have things changed!!! I went recently, and they were well stocked, super friendly, very helpful, and the lighting was good. I was looking for a particular item, but the didn't carry it. They asked me for the details of item so they could bring it into their inventory. I'm so pleased with everything on my most recent visit. Will definitely shop there again and highly recommend them! They stock items from beginners to experienced nail enthusiasts.

Absolutely love the nail lab supply store. They are so friendly and helpful and if they do not carry something that I use, they do not hesitate to order it and keep it in stock for me. I will never not support this business. 10/10 the best customer service I have ever had. The owner is the sweetest lady I have ever met. Anytime I go in and have a question she takes the time to talk and explain. I recently had an issue with my drill and she handled it with no time even though it wasn’t her fault !!! I walked out in tears. If you need anything from nails to supplies to drills or lamps this is your place. I will always shop here for now on !!!

I will continue to keep shopping here! I had originally come in for one color, they had several colors that I ended up loving. The prices are very reasonable and the products are amazing she has some very unique colors and jewels! I can not wait to go back!
