8/22/24 @ 2:50pm my daughter called me at work in a pure panic! She told me our house was on FIRE. As rushed out of my office I called my husband first and Karen Kirkland next. By the time I arrived at our home I had a claim number that was texted to my phone. We had at least five fire trucks down our driveway! Thankfully our house was not on fire! It was our pole barn/ shop and my husbands Corvette. Within minutes Karen is walking from the road down to me with policy documents in hand. The hug i received from her was so comforting and much needed. I cannot say enough about Karen and her amazing staff. She has called to check on us and I can t tell you how much that means to us. Karen and her staff care about the customers. Thank you Karen for being here for us.
