This place has been around forever, and the businesses are always changing. Dom's pizza is gone and a new Korean restaurant has replaced it. There's a post office here at this location that does walk-in passports applications, a full service Asian supermarket and a full service laundromat. They also have event space available for rent.

I was here for an appointment at H&R Block with Anesta Reeves Guada who was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. The office was clean, well-lit and quiet in early January. I imagine that it may be quite noisy later on during the tax season. Unfortunately, the cubicles have very flimsy dividers and I could hear parts of her phone conversation with a client while I waited to talk to her.

Its glory days were 50 years ago but this is a good collection of shops and storefronts and apparently a rentable venue space -- and Skycraft Surplus aka Nerd Nirvana.

I love Woo Song Market but the plaza overall has seen much better days. There have been recent move-ins to the plaza such as the space craft place, and a couple of "event" centers. Not sure I'd try them out. I really only come around once in a blue moon for the Kimchi and Korean medium grain rice. It's a lot closer to the Maitland area than Lotte down on Colonial.
