The store was very clean and organized and the staff were all very kind, especially the young gentleman (staff member) that was outside collecting the shopping carts at 8:45 this morning (3/3/2025). He was so sweet. He saw me approaching my car with a full cart and offered to help me load my bags into my trunk. He was very kind and helpful and afterwords took my cart inside for me.

I want to express my great gratitude to James the meat department manager. My wife placed an order for a roast and sent me to get it. The person who initially helped me could not find it so James stepped in help. Since my knowledge of roast was limited James offered a great Prime Roast in its place at a reduced rate. But he didn’t stop there he asked me how it was being cooked and not only suggested a great recipe but texted it to me. Then he walked me down the aisle to get the right seasoning. That is beyond good service it’s great service. Thank you James for making our Christmas dinner extra special!!!

Took my mom out for her birthday tonight. I picked up the cake earlier today. She absolutely was blown away by the incredible work that gabby did at the bakery. Gabby, thank you for calling me and asking me about what I wanted. And you absolutely killed it.Thank you so very much for making my mom's night. Also, thank you Siren for taking the order, making it very easy and to the manager Brandon, you have a good staff there.

I have visited many times this store and admired everything but my last visit canceled everything good about it. I only had half gallon milk and bunch of apples. Walked over to the Express Checkout which says "10 items of less". A lady with cartful of purchases was trying to put them on the belt. When I told the Cashier about the Express lane and 10 items limit, she just ignored and started scanning almost 50 items from the lady's cart. By the time she was done, there were 4 more customers with 2/3 items. Finally, when it was her turn to scan my 2 items, her response "everybody is a customer here". BS. Hope the Manager reads this and do something about it. I'm done with this Publix.

I bought some popcorn chicken from the deli and it was only half full, unlike all the other times we bought it. So I saved my receipt and went back couple of days later to customer service. The person who helped me was Angie. She wasn’t very nice. Actually very rude. I told what happened and she acted almost angry. She asked if I had the container? I already gave her my receipt. I told her no, then she asked if I wanted another one. I said no. Then she said what do you want? I didn’t speak up very quickly. Then she said you want a return? I said I guess so. I don’t work there! I don’t know the process! We had other shopping to do, nothing from the deli! She gave me the refund and when I walked away she said sorry about that. My wife and I both looked at each other and my wife said she wasn’t very nice. We shop at several Publix stores in our area. Not just one. Never had a bad experience like that before.
My wife and I really like Publix for the great selection, produce and great service. And I hardly never make a complaint. But I feel like I need to for the store to improve its customer service.

Its clean and organized well. I didn't like the self check out. The lady was so close to me watching my cart and items. I almost wanted her to check out groceries. She may as well earn her pay. It's happened several times. She can't possibly watch everyone doing self check out if she can see the barcode on my sneakers. 🥴

Idk what publix has against breaded chicken wings, but whenever I go, they never have any. Went here because another store didn't have any, and lo and behold, they don't have any either. Had plenty of 8 piece fried chicken tho and baked wings, tho. I don't know why I even bother shopping at publix anymore with their high prices, but its about the only place you can now that winn dicie closed and walmart is so far away in this area.
