Tried to get some gas and the old Karen behind the register said the one self-checkout machine wouldn't take cash. I then went to another self-checkout machine and it started spitting money back at me. She was saying something about the pump being lifted on the 2nd machine which is why it started giving me money back instead of closing the transaction. When I told her the first machine wasn't taking cash she kind of hollored at me saying it wouldn't take it which I clearly heard the first two times. At that point she could have just took my money at her register but was too busy being irritated when I needed help. Told her I'm just going to go somewhere else and stormed out.

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this store. An older employee refused to assist me while I was trying to purchase items behind the counter. Instead of helping, she insisted that I use the self-checkout, and her demeanor was incredibly rude.I won't be returning anytime soon

Not stocked well at all. A lot of their engery drinks just sitting out hot or not stocked at all. Asked why they don’t go into the cooler or when certain ones would be back and couldn’t get anything but a snarky remark from employees.

I've called the number listed on the gas pumps for people in wheelchairs none of your employees ever answer the phone. Either the phone number is wrong or your business doesn't care about people with disabilities. Which is it?

Tried to buy a couple of sodas and was told I had no choice but to use the self-checkout. There was no line and a clerk was right there. Whatever happened to good customer service? I just don’t feel like contributing to their job-killing policy so I left and went somewhere else.

Absolutely horrible customer service, even worse now that they insist you use self check out. If you have someone behind the counter and I'm buying beer and cigarettes, why can't you just ring me up.
They are always out of propane, every time I go there they are out, it's always the same excuse " we have it ordered but it hasn't arrived yet" this has been the issue since the store opened. Today they are also out of non ethanol gas, and half the receipt printers on pumps don't work.
I'll just drive farther up the road to Race Track from now on!

The employee told me my card wouldn't work and didn't even allow me to try the card. I went across the street to the other circle k and it worked.
