I just had surgery on my hand, I shopped today at Publix on Van dyke…. The bagger unloaded my groceries, I was looking for onion rings and asked one of the staff. They immediately went back to storage and brought what I was looking for… the cashier and bagger were phenomenal, and even the customers…. I was taking my cart back to the store, and a gentleman saw me struggling a bit and took my cart and returned it along with his! I love this Publix! Five star all the way!!

I typically enjoy visiting Publix stores, but my recent experience at this location was very disappointing. The soda fountain machine was filthy and moldy, clearly neglected and unclean. I saw a few managers speaking and approached them to let them know. Thankfully, I had someone with who noticed one of the manager's (female with short brown hair wearing a green shirt) dismissive attitude and eye roll when I reported the issue. While I did bring this to the management's attention, this experience was far below the standards I associate with Publix and left me with a very negative impression. Do better, Publix!

So it’s Thursday Night Football Night, so I stop at Publix to get FRIED CHICKEN and USUALLY $150 in groceries….But tonight there’s no FRIED CHICKEN the teenagers said it’ll be about 30 minutes… so then I go get a few things… come back in about 18 minutes And you’re out of FRIED CHICKEN AGAIN !! Apparently a batch was ready in 15 MINUTES NOT 30 MINUTES !! SO I GOT LIED TO !!
Next week I’ll check the FRIED CHICKEN 1st and if U ARE OUT OF FRIED CHICKEN, I WILL NOT get $150 in GROCERIES.

My uncle took me here on vacation to get some things for dinner tonight. Easy to navigate aisles, super friendly customer service (I mean better than the DC area for sure) and tons of stocked shelves. Honestly, my 3 or 4 trips to this grocery store chain have all been top notch experiences. I’m not a local in the Tampa area, but if I were I would shop here. Clean restrooms too. Overall, if you need groceries or a prescription filled I like all of Florida would recommend this store/grocery chain. Keep it up!

Normally this location is solid but not today, a cashier cards me and I don’t have my license. I’m 56 years old so I’m clearly well over 21, even 35 by 20 years! It was aggravating and not flattering at all. 😳

Worst Publix in the area. Management team is extremely rude and uncaring. Constantly push expired and bad product out on senior citizens. Check your expired dates chances are stuff you buy from the store is about a month away from going bad, everything. And the produce is awful.

I live right down the street from this Publix and they never have the normal stocked merchandise other Publix have, or they run out. The Publix on Erlich Rd across from EOS and the other right down the road from it on Erlich Rd and Gunn Hwy are great. Thwy always stock everything we need, especially during the holidays.
