Tiffany and Kiki were amazing! I brought my service dog in...and was thrown back by there professional and polite approach. Very helpful and hospital. Even offered my service animal water. Great experience, Race Trac has the right employees working here. Good Business and great experience!

Just went in and the young man that was there was really friendly. However I headed to the bathroom it was closed because it had just been mopped. Then decided let me grab a drink no ice and soda machine was not working so I grab a slushy. I then head to the register the young black lady was on her phone so I waited she then looked up and said nothing until I asked"how much do I owe you. She then rung me up still ignoring me I had to say "Thank you" to her. Next time I'll stick to WAWA unless I go to the one by my house. Horrible job Racetrac. Only saving grace was that young man. If it had been him helping me out would probably be a 5*

Worst racetrac service I've dealt with this is the 3rd time this place has been closed at 1am after dropping my lady off at work and me needing gas. There is a worker inside that refuses to open the door and do their job.I understand having staffing issues but somethings got to give I don't like paying at the pump I prefer to go inside. I can't say I'm surprised because today's workforce is weak and lackluster. Get paid to do nothing is the new standard for these always complaining children. Hire better staff racetrac you need to do better.
