Awesome place, awesome prices, awesome people. Staff is always nice and even personal once you visit enough. Just visited after Christmas and still nothing but the best service.

Surprised they started selling some Milwaukee bits which are one of the best you can buy on the market hands down.

Can't wait to see what they add in the future as a tools outlet. Would be sick to see refurb products from Makita and DeWalt, and could probably be a huge market.

Will be back the next time I want a new tool. Their sales during holidays are amazing, even Halloween!

There are many stores to choose from when it comes to buying tools such as Direct Tools Factory Outlet, but few can provide the amazing customer service experience I was lucky to receive at DIrect Tools Factory Outlet, Lea was informative, attentive, and answered all the questions we had when we purchased our power washer, unfortunately the hose was damaged when we used it for the first time, we called and Lea once again, and Lea provided us with the same amazing customer service experience as if we were purchasing a new power washer, making the process of returning the damaged hose easy and fast. Thank you Lea and the entire team at Direct Tools.

I'll start by saying, "I love Ryobi, I don't buy anything else. This store is Ryobi Heaven. I felt like a kid in a candy store. And they have deals all the time. I recently bought a trailer for work and of course it's getting all ryobi tools. Stop by when ever your in the area. You won't be disappointed.
