hands down the best coffee shop in the area. they have everyone beat in terms of pricing, taste, and customer service. every latte i have purchased from white duck has had the perfect ratio of espresso/milk/syrup. their teas are also phenomenal. don’t be turned away by the long line during peak hours - they move it very quickly.

My daughter and I have made it a ritual to go every Friday to pick up coffee. We now have majority of the office hooked on their coffee. We love the people who work there. They are the best in town.

I like their concept and super friendly staff. Their latte price is substantially lower than elsewhere. I like the structure of their menu - in a grid, logical, options for 5 sizes, etc. It will help to include a bit more description of their bakery items (donuts, croissants, and bagels) including their flavor/fillings and that they are mini. They are burying the lead - so to speak - by not highlighting that the donuts are warm. I did not know this when I first ordered donuts. The donuts being warm is what makes them special. Oh, and happy 5 year anniversary. Opening the week the pandemic started and thriving 5 years later is quite a feat!

It’s a tiny little building but they serve the best coffee! I love to get the lavender latte. Employees are always very kind, cheerful, and efficient. The line builds up but moves very quickly!

First time visit today. This is a drive-up coffee stand only, so no inside dining option here. While I was here, cars whizzed in and out and through their pick up window in a smooth and organized system. And first impression: customer service is a PRIORITY here. The young servers were enthusiastic, efficient, friendly, personable, and seemed to like their job. I tried a 12 oz frozen mocha expresso shake which was great, plus their fresh made mini donuts were a treat. No food options here, really, just bagels and assorted croissants, but this allows them to focus on their hot and iced coffee drinks and smoothies. I will be back!

Among my favorite places to get coffee in Tampa and it just so happens I'm lucky enough to live a 2 min drive away. The staff is always so incredibly kind and welcoming, the service is fast, and the drink selection is incredibly diverse. I've never once had a bad drink here. Try them all.

Absolutely the best coffee, best flavors and best customer service that you were gonna find in Tampa Bay! The single only drawback is that you cannot walk up and sit at a table, but that’s it. Their quality is phenomenal. Go try it yourself.
